Old Business:
- Last
meeting was held at Royal Appointments in November
- The
idea to hold a meeting at QVC fell through because the St. Patrick�s Day
Belleek presentation was happening at 2 pm on a week day.
- The
Flyers we have handed out to drum up new memberships are not working.
New Business:
- In
order to try and get more members, the chapter has decided to offer the
following incentives: (1) if a current member brings in someone new that
current member will get � off their membership dues. (2) the new member
gets a free chance in the drawing at their first meeting.
- For
the next year, the International Collectors Society is encouraging existing
members to go out and recruit new members.
If you recruit 5 new members, you�ll receive 5 Kingfisher Vases.

- Denise
has volunteered to look into putting an ad in Irish newspapers to try and
get new members.
- The
2005 BCIS convention will be held in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Phyllis Bagnall, coordinator for the convention is already hard at
work. Her email is [email protected]
- The
chapter has decided to allocate $200/ year to purchase 8 pieces of Belleek
to be used for the raffles.
The raffle raised $30.00.
Each member was offered the option to purchase 2 chances for $5.00
Next Meeting:
The 2nd Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday,
September 11, 2004 at 12:00 noon.
The meeting To be held at the houe of Denise Dunn-Kesterson
located at:
1398 Edwards Drive in Downingtown, PA.
The Meeting will be pot lock.
Each member is to bring a salad, dessert, etc.
The chapter will purchase the main dish. Please RSVP
