Dearest Robert

I seat myself down this lonesome morning to drop you afew lines to let you know that iam well at this
time  isincerely hope when these few lines reaches your kind hands they may find you enjoying the same or greater blessing  I havent received aletter from you since you went off and the time seems long  icant tell the time that it seems to me that it has been  oh you cant imagine how long and lonesome the days are but perhaps they seem long to you as well as myself but ihope they dont for iknow you would feel most miserably and iwould hate to hear of you feeling that way but iguess it makes no difference for myself   oh if icould just get aletter right now from you ithink my drooping spirits would be revived to no little extent but iwill trust to providencefor ahappier day  this is the third letter that ihave written to you since you went off and ihope iwill not have time to write any other one till iget one from you or see you
oh you cant imagine how well it would please me to see you and spend awhile in your company ithink the time would pass more pleasant  then what it does  if it did not iwould be very sorry  I cant of much to write   times here is peacibly at the present and I trust they may still remain so for ther is nothing that is charminger to the eye than peace  iwill soon have to close  write when you think you will be at home
Robert  think of me once more and iam sure to never forget you iwill close by saying ihope to see you soon and if icant see you ihope to hear from you  write if you please and let me know how you are getting along  after wishing you peace and great sucess iwill end   iremain yours as ever
