Are you an adoptee who has decided it is time to search for birthfamily but don't have the foggiest idea where to start? Don't worry, we have all been there.
With the help of many, I have put together an extensive "How To Start Searching". Visit this link if you are in need of guidance before starting your
search. Many of the techniques can be used by a birthparent to locate a child given up for adoption.
Actually, you don't have to be an adoptee to make use of these links. Are you searching for birth family lost through adoption? Are you searching for a long-lost relative? Try some of these links. Several new links have been added!
Help Me Find My Dad and StepMom Before you click here, a little background. I have not seen my father or stepmother for almost 23 years...
The pictures have been supplied by my Grandmother, Aunt and my stepmom's sister. I have had a letter
forwarded by the Social Security Administration, but as yet no word. There are no guarantees he will contact
me. Social Security will not forward another. I have tried many things to locate my Dad. I am asking you,
the wonderful community of the Internet, to help me. If you know my Dad or stepmom, please
email me. This page is full of images, please be patient while
they load.
Age-enhanced photos of my Dad are finished. They have been done by Vicki Hansen of Springfield, Missouri.
A Big Hug and Thank You Vicki!
My Poetry Page updated There are five original poems here, but
I am registering the copyrights on my poems with the Library of Congress before I put the rest of them on this page. In the meantime, I will put
poems here that have meaning for me. There are a couple new poems here, one written by my daughter, Ashley. I was recently inspired to write a poem about my daughter Caitlyn. It is also here. Another one of my daughters was recently
inspired to write her first poem about her best friend. With her permission, this poem is also here. This page has been redone.
Springfield Mo is a great place
Our hometown, also known as Queen City of The Ozarks, is an hour north of Branson, and 3 hours south
of St. Louis and Kansas City. Springfield is home to some of the friendliest people on the planet!
It is also home to Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World,
the greatest sporting goods store in the world!
