| My wonderful host family in Meitingen! My "dad" and "mom" are right in the front right corner and my "mom" is behind the little girl with the green shirt. My "sister" is sitting at the big table with the white shirt and her husband is sitting with the white shirt to the far left. Their children are the two little girls in the picture. The weird person holding a toast with a glass of authentic german beer behind my "dad" is my brother (in real life.)! |

| this one! Schloss Neuschwanstein. Isn't it beautiful?!?!? According to my research, King Ludwig II of Bavaria begain building Neuschwanstein in 1868!! However, the King was never even given the chance to sit in his throne room because it was never finished during his lifetime. Only the five story Great Hall was finished before the King's death in 1886. |
