| Wednsday, October 20, 2004 Been a while since I last updated this site. Hell! It's been almost a year since I actually got to go to a Con! And I DID actually go to one! The New Star Con 2, in a more southern part of the Netherlands. And you know what? My best friend and I FINALLY got to meet a certain actor in particular!! *still can't believe I met THE man himself!* If you want to find out who this mysterious person is, check it out! I've even posted all the pics I took while I was there this passed Saturday. Fair warning though, the pictures gallery is still being worked on, so none of the thumbs are linked. But I promise to get to that as soon as I can! Saturday, January 31, 2004 Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year holiday! New things have been happening lately - spoiler images and info from the upcoming, soon to be titled Episode III, and for those in the United States - a new Con! Empire Fest 2004! Unfortunately, I won�t be attending...seeing as I am in another country... Oh well. Darth Real Life strikes again! And here is another round of site updates and a little reorginizing! LOL But this is one that has taken a long time to begin, and is the best my creativity has made. This site is for the Comic, SciFi, Star Wars Conventions that I will and have attended.It may be a while from Con to Con, but when new info is released, I�ll, of course, post it. | So, how about another fan site? This one is dedicated to the unique events called Conventions. What are they? I can�t give a good answer except it�s a gathering of people - in costume or casual, to celebrate their favorite genres. Millions of people every year attend Conventions. Millions of Dollars is spent on merchandise and that�s not including transportation, lodging and food! This is for all those who follow their imagination, show their creativity and loyalty...and put the stereotypical name "Geek" to shame. |
