DESCRIPTION OF UNIT
The fully furnished apartment consists of living/dining/kitchen area 
all in one (incl. fridge, cooker, cooking utensils and dishes as well 
as a television set), a balcony facing the sea (excellent view), 
Master bedroom 
with attached bath, 2 additional bedrooms and an additional bath. Up to
 6 person may be accommodated comfortably (2 per bedroom). The Resort is
 located in Telok Chempedak, between the golf course and Hyatt hotel, in 
lush greenery and overlooking the South China Sea.

For booking the unit provide the following information: (1)Full name, (2)
Passport no. or  an other official document of identification (incl. Issue 
and expiry dates), (3)Address, (4)Phone no. and, if available, Fax no. and 
e-mail address, (5)Period of rental period, indicating first and last day of 
rental period.
 
PAYMENT
Payment is to be received 30 days prior to the start of the rental period to 
allow the reservation to be confirmed. In case of bookings below the 30 day 
period prior to commencement of the rental period, the rent is to be paid 
immediately. Mode of Payment will be advised upon request of rental.. Upon 
receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation accompanied by the 
instruction to the key holder to hand over the keys of  the unit for the 
agreed rental period.
 
PRICE / BENEFIT
The prices include reasonable consumption of electricity and the use of all 
available equipment and installations in the unit. The  resorts’ facilities 
(like gym, swimming pool etc.) are available for use by the occupants of the 
unit. Consumption of food at the restaurant or similar services will be settled 
with the concerned outlets directly.All facilities should be used with reasonable
 care. The tenant is liable for any damages caused to the unit and its equipment 
except when proven that the damaged occurred through no fault of his. Prior to 
vacating the unit, the cleaning of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils are the
 responsibility of the tenant.
 
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
The arrival should be after 14.00 and the departure before 12.00. The key holder 
Mr Philip Ng is usually on site during normal working hours and may be contacted 
under phone no. Mob: 6016-9505551 To ensure access to the key upon arrival at the
 resort, especially in cases when the time of arrival may fall outside normal 
working hours. When taking over the key, it should be agreed upon when and where 
the key will be returned to the key holder at the time of vacating the 
unit.
