Well we have skipped a year now. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pics my junior year, so there isn't anything to show you. But lucky enough, I have enough pics this year to make up for that. |

This year, I was fortunate to do my operations management project on a new restaurant that opened in the Houghton area. This restaurant is Old Steamer's Grill, and it is a seafood restaurant. Because of the amount of work we did for them in terms of giving them recommendations to better serve their customers, I was able to get 3 free meals out of them. This is not a cheap restaurant I might add!! Here are some of the friends that I got to invite for free. |

The manager J.C, and the cook Tony were the people that we worked with on this project. They were wonderful. Aside of doing a presentation for just the owner, he invited us to make another presentation for his staff. They were well receptive to our ideas. |
