Information ArchitectureInformation design is the road map that guides various users to the information most relevant to their needs. Based on the requirements of your project, I will create a wireframe diagram of your site. The wireframe is the framework of the site to which the design is then applied. It illustrates the positioning of the site's content and navigational elements, so you can visualize your site before it's built.
UsabilityI conduct a variety of controlled user tests to determine core weaknesses of your site. Based on my findings, I create a formal a usability report where I identify key usability issues and offer recommendations on how to resolve these issues.
Interface DesignOnce the groundwork has been laid, it's time to put a face on your site. I create high-quality web graphics and HTML. I work within corporate guidelines or develop new online identities if needed. I will work with you to integrate HTML templates into existing web applications or create pages from scratch. I provide detailed design documents that ensure consistency throughout your site and make integration and maintenance simple.
Quality AssuranceThrough testing, key risk factors can be identified and resolved before a product is rolled out. I perform functional testing based on your requirements. I create test plans that others can execute whenever the need arises. I also identify any cross-browser or cross-platform issues.
