Two strange seeds    had the ability to turn into plants , fish , animals , even human beings. The one seed was smart and the other one was sly. The sly one thrives at the expense of the smart one .

In order to resolve their conflicts, the animals in the forest initially appointed the wild hawk as their judge. However, the solutions given by the latter did not please the animals, so they finally appointed the peaceful pigeon as their judge.
