Bulgaria
Hmmm...just poor country. Similar to Romania in many ways ... but there is no signs of reconstruction.
People seems to be less firendly than in Romania.
In some point this country seems to be police-country. F/E you need to have stamp in every place you're staying at night.
Sofia, capital of Bulgaria is in really bad condition .... there is no signs of any changes, reperation, reconstructions.
Prices are VERY LOW, fuell also VERY cheap, but watch out - there are not too many fuel stations !
