RESPONSIBILITIES 2007-2008
Senior Reservoir Engineer, Team Leader in multidisciplinary
integrated team consisting of geological, geophysical, petrophysical, reservoir engineering for the re-development
of numerous large offshore fields with multiple carbonate reservoirs offshore Angola, West Africa.
Development planning for
new fields in Sonangol operated areas offshore Angola, West Africa.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2007-2008
Utilized 3D modeling packages such as Petrel and Eclipse reservoir simulation
(hands on experienced) to further confirm re-development strategies to prolong the life of the fields and to
increase future production.
Applied probabilistic techniques for remaining reserves determination P10, P50 and P90
and incremental economics for various re-development strategies.
Consulted with and trained national engineers in
modern interpretation and engineering techniques. Implemented project economics as a measure project ranking and
for determining re-development projects to pursue.
PROJECTS/ACTIVITIES 2007-2008
Projects consisted of several currently developed
offshore fields consisting of carbonates oil reservoirs and existing surface
facilities and Floating Production and Storage transportation systems.
