This organization was founded by the late Tuan Haji Siraj Bin Hj Ismail at the beginning of 1950 on the land that had been donated by his wife. At its inception it was known as the House of Orphans Al-Khairiah Sg Pinang, Klang. At this time, the organization known as Welfare Organisation Orphans and Poor (RTSAY) Sg Pinang, Klang, Selangor.At first, the orphans are placed in the home of the late Tuan Haji Siraj itself and all basic needs and care has been given full attention by him. He was seeking his own initiative to cover all expenses and financial funds for this organization.

Total overall student Welfare Organisation are approximately 54 people, and has two dormitory blocks, male and female.There are 30 male student and 24 female student.Before they reach in this welfare,they need to interview in three month first.This is based on their attitude.Majority in this welfare organization,

The student went to Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) , Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) and Sekolah Agama (SA). All the fees school was paid by Pertubuhan Rumah Anak Yatim.So,this welfare needs a lot of donation from others to help paid fees,electricity bills and food cost.
