The Damar Tantra is an ancient sanskrit. It contains a detailed description of the system of therapeutics utilizing 'Shivambu', i.e. Auto Urine Therapy, as expounded by lord Shiva to his divine consort the goddess Parvati. There are 107 sholkas or verses in the meter called: Anushtup Chnades. It is asserted in The Damar Tantra that all diseases can be cured by Shivambu (one's own urine), and all humankind can retain Health & Strength through the regular use of Shivambu.

~ Method of Drinking Urine in Order to Rejuvenate ~
(Verses 9 through 21)
"Shivambu is a divine nectar! It is capable of abolishing old age and various types of diseases
and ailments... All the ailments subject to from the very birth will be completely cured...
One's body will be internally cleansed... Drinking it for two months stimulates and energizes the senses... Followed for three months, all types of ailments will disappear and all miseries
will evaporate... After five months, the follower will be completely healthy, and will be
bestowed with divine eyesight... After six months, the follower will be exceptionally
intelligent... After seven months, the follower will be exceptionally strong... After eight
months, the human body will possess divine luster, like that of shining gold, that will be
permanent... After nine months of continual use, tuberculosis and leprosy will perish... After
ten months of continual use, the follower becomes practically the tresury of luster and
brightness... After eleven months, the follower becomes pure, both externally & internally...
After one year of continual use, the follower acquires solar shining... Dangererous animals
such as serpents will not affect one in any way; serpents' poison will not kill the follower."
The URINETARIANS wish to continue the ancient India practice of Shivambu Kalpa Vidhi
(the method of drinking urine in order to rejuvenate). Shivambu literally means: the water of
Shiva, the highest god in the India pantheon. The name SHIVA means: favorable; of good omen. But most importantly it means: auspiciousness. In India, at least among Urine
therapists, one often speaks of drinking "Shivambu", which simply means drinking the water
of auspiciousness.
