Credit where credit is due, and here is that particular relationship. These two entered the WTF together, and had remained in some sort of contact ever since. Though Oichi prophesized their "roads" would be quite different. He had many characteristics she did not... nor does she desire. Brash, cocky, egotistical and with a single laser like focus on the belts and victories... Oichi could barely stand being in the same ring with the man, and would sooner have locked it up with him than listen to one of his self promotion trips. BUT when the lights were off, the cafe quiet... these two had been known to share a table, words, and respect for each other until his ego finally did end all. In an act of pure selfishness... he did try to steal a kiss.... an action he would regret forever.
