| Kevin Lee received his initial education in Hong Kong. After working for a publishing company during his early career, Kevin left for France in 1981 to pursue Fine Art Studies and spent three years studying at the famed L'Ecole Regionale de Beaux-Arts de Besancon. Kevin started working as a freelance photographer since 1987 in Hong Kong. He has been freelancing for Newsweek, BusinessWeek, New York Times, London Daily Telegraph, Globe and Mail, Reader's Digest, Bloomberg, and Associated Press. His many corporate clients include KPMG, Sime Darby, Jardin Group and MCI. Kevin moved to China in 2000, after living in Vancouver for 6 years. As the CCO for Photos.cn, Kevin spends much of his time travelling between Shanghai, Beijing and various other regions overseeing company projects as well as implementing strategies for expanding the network of photographers in China. |

| After receiving his Bachelor Of Science degree in 1977, Timothy Tsang continued his studies in Law at the University of London. He also has a Master degree in Business Administration from City University in the State of Washington. Mr. Tsang worked as Chief Consultant for a major consulting firm in Hong Kong for over ten years before becoming the CEO of Globalcnet Management Consulting Group in 1999. He was appointed President and CEO of iConsultants Global Business Solutions Inc. (iConsultants GBSI) in 2005. Mr. Tsang brings to Photos.cn his innovative vision for corporate growth and strategic alliances, as well as over 20 years of management and marketing experience for transnational companies. |
