The prices of our discus are quoted US Dollars F.O.B Penang Airport.
It excludes freight and export documentation costs.
[PAYMENT]
Advance payment by telegraphic transfer at the point of comfirmation of sale. Payment must be fully paid and sufficient to cover freight carges; cost of goods packaging costs and any charges incurred on export documentation.
[DELIVERY LEAD TIME]
A minimum of 7 working days is required to allow time for fulfilling the export documentation requirements and conditioning of the fish for export.
Shipment time is subject to the availability of air cargo space for the destination.
[GUARANTEES AND CLAIMS]
DOA's (Dead on Arrival ) of up to 5% must be accepted by the consignee.
Claims by the consignee for DOA's above 5% must be reported to the shipper within 24 hours from receipt of the shipment by the consignee.
Photographs must be accompanied with the DOA claims.
Otherwise, it shall be understood that all items have been accepted in good order and condition.
