Must be a member to be eligible for point series.
Must race 3 out 5 Races to place in point series.
You will receive 5 Pit Passes to be handed in at admission gate. This means you can use one ot each race or can use them all at one race to get friends and family in free. If you don;t have your card at the race, you pay at that race! If you wait until race day to sign up for membership, you pay at the gate that day and will still have your 5 passes for the following races.

TECH
Tech will be going off a checklist - make sure your vehicle fits the class.
Chechlist will be handed back in to registration before you are up on the line up list. This also gives us record of any WARNINGS.
ALL VEHICLES must go thru tech at every race!
It is DRIVER'S RESPONSIBILITY to get vehicle to tech line.

Membership -
we extended the $5.00 off membership from May 4th to May 23rd with the understanding that we would send out newsletters to inform everyone of the membership fee. The following paid their membership:

With a total of 10 memberships at $35.00 = $350.00
Out of that $350.00 Karen Arians was paid $210.00 for Stamps from the mailing on 3/13/03($111.00), paper for mailings and membership forms, card stock paper for pit & gate passes, Poster Paper and printing on 11X17� fliers, and ink cartages for computer.
Leaving $140.00 to be deposited.
T-Shirts � Looked at cost of shirts and Karen Arians had price from Special Tees in Wilton of $6.05 pre shirt, $7.05 for pocket shirts, and $5.00 for Tank Tops. Will still get more prices from other places.
It was discussed to have members buy their shirts, maybe at cost. Having shirts for officials in different color or that say official on them. Having the IMRA truck logo on the back with the saying �Xtreme Mud Racing�. Having a small IMRA printed on the front.
Payback � Discussed keeping the payback the same as Peat Monster with the exception of class 9 which the Peat Monster does not have. This would need to be discussed by Finance Committee to make a finally decision.
