My name is Maura and I live in Co. Kerry, Ireland. I have three children, Roz,20, Lisa,17 and Jamie, 13.
I have been cross stitching for about 11 years. My favourite designers are Lavender and Lace, Mirabilia, Di Noyce, and Ellen Maurer- Stroh.
I have taken part in a lot of round robins over the years. Most made it back safely, but a couple got lost along the way.
My other interests are reading, (Danielle Steele is my favourite author), rubber stamping ,computers, movies and music. I am a big fan of Patrick Swayze and my tastes in music range from Garth Brooks to Andrea Bocelli!
I collect antique perfume bottles, pretty glasses, and Royal Doulton figurines.
