Never having to worry. Wouldn't that be great to never have to worry about anything in life, money, love, The future?
Matthew 6:26 "Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?
What God tells us here in the book of matthew is that he takes care of the birds of the air and that we are worth more to him than they are, so we should not worry about such things. If we fully trust in the Lord God Almighty he will honor that trust by what he say's! This doesn't mean that life will not still have daily problems and heartaches that we all must face, good people and bad people but that God takes care of those who trust in him and that when things don't go the way we want we can still have peace about God's decisions for our lives.
Not too long ago I was engaged to be married to woman whom I loved deeply. We had dated for about two years and two months before our wedding she told me that she did not want to get married and was not happy at all! I was in shock at first and had no idea that she felt this way becuase she hid it from me. For the first 8 months I had a real hurt in my heart over this and had found out after that she had on going internet relationships with different men behind my back. I realized that God had saved me from what I thought I had destroyed. I had much peace in this knowing that God watched over me even when I thought I had made her leave me. God always knows what is best for his children that is why we should always trust him and not ourselves.Matthew 6:33 "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."
I believe that if someone is truely seeking after God and his righteousness, they will care less for the things of this world, and they will find the peace they so desire. I struggled with wanting the love of a woman thru marriage and when it didnt work out the first reaction was anger then grief, then I had to ask myself was I putting my happiness before God? the simple answer was yes! I wasnt truely seeking after his kingdom and his righteousness.
In short my life is great becuase I find peace in the true author and creator of life Jesus Christ.Isaiah 26:3 "You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you"
