Luka Dokov - Noblesse Oblige
   In 2009, Lidia Zlateva completed and published the book "Luka Dokov - Noblesse Oblige." The book is dedicated to the uniquely  life and work of Luka Dokov. As it follows Luka Dokov's unique life path in Bulgaria and abroad, the book offers valuable inisights about historical processes over the last century. It includes interviews from friends and colleagues and a series of lectures and presentations on the subject of insurance and re-insurance given by Luka Dokov.

    "Luka Dokov is indisputably the doyen in the insurance field in Bulgaria. It is enough to mention two things in order to show his contribution to the development of insurance in Bulgaria.
     He was the first one to develop this business outside Bulgaria: in Sudan and the United Arab Emirates.

     If each of us contributes even half of what he has already done, the insurance market in the country will be different..."
