| The very cute-Darien Fawkes-gets cought trying to rob an old guy's safe. The old guy had a heart attack because he walked in on Fawkes, and Darien saved his life. The old guy couldn't remember squot so he said that Darien was trying to mollest him. Because it was Darien's third strike, he got life in prison. The judge was very rude. He wanted to kill Darien. How about we kill him. ok, nevermind. While Darien is wating to be sent to the maximum security prison, he tries to escape-fales-and is put in an even more secure cell. Kevin visits Fawkes and tells him that if he participates in secret experiment he will be set free. Darien agrees and is transported to a secret military installation in the desert. His genious brother Kevin, some scientists, and a Swiss-French scientist named Arnaud (R-NO) de Fohn aka Arnaud de Thiel aka Arnaud the Phone, stick a biosynthetic gland into Fawkes head. This very special gland secreates this stuff called quicksilver whick bends light and makes him invisible. Very cool. Darien gets pissed off when he findes out what his brother did to him. But finally he agrees to go along with his brothers stupid experiments. As they try to get Darien to work with the gland, Arnaud steals the qs-9300 project files. When Darien catches him and tries to expose him, Arnaud blames it on quicksilver madness-a side effect of the gland which makes Darien go insane and very violent. Before any investigation can start, Arnaud and a big ass group of mercenaries, along with his brother-hoiclose-bust into the compound. The stole all of the information on the gland and killed everyone working there exept for Darien. Keven dies in D's arms. Darien then kills his brothers murderer with his bare hands. Darien escapes but he knows he is going to go coocoo again. He looks for his ex-girlfriend, Casey, who is FURIOUS at Darien because she didn't know he was a thief. He said he worked for UNICEF. He tried to convince her that he does have a gland in his brain and he can go invisible but she doesn't believe him(I don't blame her) Before he can press his case he is taken away by men in trenchcoats and brought to a hideout. There he meets The Official and Eberts. TO and Eberts tell Darien the truth about Arnaud, that he's a terrorist financier, and TO tells Darien that if he wants to live he'll have to go to Mexico where Arnaud is trying to replicate the gland. So, Darien has no choice but to go down to Mexico where he meets Mr. Hobbes, a not-srait-in-the-head like to shoot-em-up kinda guy. They get made by some French-Canadian spys and there is a shootout. Meanwhile-Arnaud tricks Casey going down to Mexico-He said he worked for the CIA and only she han save Dariens life. When Casey gets to Mexico, Arnaud and his band of mercinaries capture her and use her as bait for Fawkes and Hobbes. Darien goes directly to Arnaud's compound. Darien gets into the compound and made a big mess. He was about to kill Arnaud when he sais that there is a COUNTERAGENT to quicksilver madness, and that if he doesnt get a frequent shot of it, he'll die. Arnaud tries to get Darien to join his side, but Darien refuses. Darien and Casey escape, and blow up the compound in the process-but they didn't get the formula for the counteragent. The next scene is Darien at his brothers gravesite. Darien has moment of silence. The Official walks in. He makes Darien an offer-work for him and they'll supply him with counteragent-when he needs it. |
