Dr. Fisher says,

"Reduce the use of fluorescent lighting and lamps and replace them with non-energy saving incandescent light bulbs.

The incandescent bulbs do not create radio frequency and emit a minimal amount of EMFs.
It is the ballasts of the fluorescent lighting that generate significant EMFs.

It is important for today's students to avoid these compact fluorescent lamps because of the amount of time and the proximity that they will spend near the lamp."
