Name: Inu Yasha

Info: Inu Yasha is the main character of the show obviously. He is a prince and a hanyou, who had fallen in love with the miko Kikyou, and through the thought of betrayl, basicly killed her, and stole the shikon no tama from her. He was pinned to the God Tree for "eternity" but, Kagome pulled out the arrow after 50 years, allowing Inu Yasha to come back. His goal at the begining of the series is to become a full demon for being a hanyou is looked down upon,but, as he goes along, he discovers, he doesn't want that. Inu Yasha starts out cold in the begining, because he was tourmented and betrayed all throughout his life, for being a hanyou. He undergoes the most transforming out of all the characters. He becomes caring, and protects others, he becomes open about his emotions, and he realizes what love means. His greatest weapon is probably his stubborness, but a close second is his father's fang (and later his own), Tetsuaiga.

Family: Inu Yasha's family consists of a full youkai father(deceased) who was the lord of the western lands, his mother (also deceased) who was full human, and his half brother Sesshoumaru- - who is full demon and lord of the western lands. His brother and him don't exactly get along in the slightest bit.
