DoB: 2044 Age: 27 PoB: ?? Blood Type: ??? Not much is known about Vicious, obviously he and Spike have a bit of a rivalry possibly over Julia. Vicious' name pretty much sums up what he is really like, he is a cold, bitter man who wants to take over the Red Dragon Syndicate. He and Spike were also partners in the past and looked to be good friends before things turned around. Vicious carries a samurai sword w/ him and is quite skilled. He also seems to have a Heron or a Crane or some kind of bird always perched on his shoulder. Vicious is the perfect villian in this series, and is someone u don't want to mess with.
