Nine-year-old
(soon to be ten) Xyphila Raflin ((zeh-FI-lah ['i' sound]
RAH-flin [short 'i' sound])) had always believed in magic,
she loved the stories, movies, and shows that involved it.
Xyphila had always known that she was adopted, but she never
knew her entire past story. Her adopted parents had avoided
the truth for as long as possible, but could not keep the
secret for long, because during Xyphila's ninth summer
vacation she received a very obscure letter. An invitation
for what can be the most amazing schooling experience in her
life. And so the life of Xyphila Raflin begins, at
Comokanaki School of Magic. There, she will befriend some of
the most odd creatures: Half-ogres, half fairies,
Enchantresses, Witches and Wizards of all ages and genders.
And there she will grow up and learn everything from Potions
to Magic History...but will her real parents
