The Red Panda is a policeman working for the International Police office. He is usually sent out to catch bandits in other countries, though he almost never does his job correctly. The Red Panda Policeman wears a Chinese Police uniform that is way too big for him and you usually can't see his arms from the drooping sleeves. The theif he usually catches is a raccoon named "Bandit" who is very sneaky and blends into the allies where he steals food. |
