[episode 8]

~with Alex and Inuyasha and Miroku on the steps behind Kaede’s house~

Inuyasha- What’s wrong Alex you seem tenser than usual.

Alex- I just found out some bad news.

Miroku- Well what is it already.

Alex- Naraku is planning to kill Kagura.

Inuyasha and Miroku- And how is this bad news?

Alex- Uh hello, maybe she is a good person.

Inuyasha- (sarcastically) Yeah right.

Alex- The only reason she looks bad is because she has to do what Naraku says or he will kill her since he holds her life force in his very hands.

(Sango walks up)

Sango- I have noticed that she doesn’t fight as hard as she could.

Inuyasha- How can you tell?

Sango- I just can tell she acts as though she doesn’t want to fight. As a fighter these things are easy to tell.

Alex- And as a highly disciplined fighter I feel it is my job to protect her.

Sango- Is that really why? Or is it because you care for her?
Alex- Both.

Inuyasha and Miroku- You like her?!

Alex- And what’s wrong with that?!

Inuyasha- N..nothing I guess. Its just she is so harsh ya know? She seems really mean.

Alex- You’d be pissed to if you where kept on a leash…oh wait I forgot you like that kinda thing.

Inuyasha- WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!

Alex- I mean your necklace.

Inuyasha- Grrr. Hmph.

Alex- Anyways down to business. I found the guy Inuyasha needs to kill to be able to break barriers.
Inuyasha- Who?

Alex- This guy. (hands Inuyasha a drawing)

Alex- A monk gave this to me while I was looking he said the guy is a mercenary.

Inuyasha- Wait a minute what about Kagura?

Alex- Oh that wont be for a while I was just tense cause I had just found out today.

Miroku- So what’s this guys name?

Alex- Shiekia

Miroku, Sango, and Inuyasha- Shiekia?

Alex- Yeah, they say he has never lost a fight and is the founder of a fighting style, ultrasonic broadsword, if that wasn’t enough the guy has a sword I designed!

Sango- That you designed?

Alex- Yes, a very dangerous and highly lethal weapon that can oppose Tetsaiga.

Inuyasha- Yeah right nothing can oppose tetsaiga.

Alex- This sword can, I designed it which means it is forged of Ryukotsei”s teeth.

Inuyasha- But how? Ryukotsei is dead and ended up in thousands of pieces.

Alex- True but in one of my fan fictions I had someone go pick up just the teeth right after you killed him and bring them to a gifted sword smith and he made the sword perfectly, down to my every detail. Here is what it looks like. (hands him another drawing)

Inuyasha- What where you thinking when you had him make this sword?!

Alex- How was I supposed to know it was real? I made this thing before I knew I could come here!

Sango- There is nothing we can do now but you made it so what is its weakness?

Alex- (sighs) (blows one of his bangs upwards)

There really isn’t one as far as I can remember, I made the fan fiction a while back, the only thing I can remember how to stop a sword like that is if we find a person called Yohmori. He is the original owner and the only one who can change the swords will if I remember correctly.

Inuyasha- So lets find him and get him to change the swords will then.

Alex- That’s easier said than done. Yohmori has a grudge against you because he is your brothers close friend. Shiekia is ken to Ryukotsei and must have heard about the sword and stole it for revenge against you.

Miroku- So wait a sec your saying that Shiekia and Ryukotsei are working together right?

Alex- Yeah.

(Miroku stands up)
Miroku- Well we better get going, Inuyasha are you going after Kagome?

Inuyasha- Yeah.

Alex- You’re not going anywhere. Yohmori hates Kagome more than you and can kill her easily if you’re there or not.

Inuyasha- Ok so she doesn’t come.

Alex- It needs to be just Miroku, Sango, and you and me.

Inuyasha- ‘kay lets go. (they start toward the east)
~with Inuyasha and the others on a forest path~

Miroku to a passer-by- Excuse me is there a village close by?

Passer-by- Yes there is one just past the forest.

Miroku- Thanks.

(They all continue)
~in the village on the edge of the forest~

Alex- So where do we start?
Sango- I’ll ask people in the shops.

Miroku- I’ll go door to door asking.

Alex- I guess I’ll go ask the chief and elders.

Inuyasha- What about me?

Alex- Try to find any suspicious looking peps on the near by forest paths.

(they all leave and meet up an hour and a half later)

Alex- Anything?

Everyone else- Nothing. (sigh)

Alex- Just great this isn’t working. What now?

Inuyasha- Do you remember any specific traits of Yohmori?

Alex- Yes. Damn it all to a puss spewing bloody hell, we may need Kagome after all.

Inuyasha- Why?

Alex- Yohmori has a shikon shard or 2 and that is the only way we would be able to spot him in a wide area.

(two teenagers in the back ground are talking)

Teen 1- Yeah did you learn the new move for the broadsword? I heard its really tough to master.

Teen 2- No not yet ultrasonic techniques are hard as hell to learn.

(Alex turns around suddenly)
Alex- Did you just say “Ultrasonic techniques”?

Teen 1- Yeah our parents make us learn it because they are learning it.

Alex- Is the fighting style name Ultrasonic Broadsword?

Teen 1- Yeah why?

(Alex grabs the first teen by his shirt)

Alex- Who’s your teacher?!
Teen 1- I..I don’t know his name but he always wears white and has a cresent moon symbol on one of his hands.

Alex- Where can I find him?!

Teen 1- Chill man what’s your problem and why the hell should I tell you?
Alex- My problem is your not answering my question! And if you don’t answer me you’ll end up hurt.

Teen 2- Hey what the hell man?! (pulls out a broadsword)
(Inuyasha steps in front of him and pulls out tetsaiga and points it at him)

Inuyasha- Put the toothpick away kid.

Teen 2- No way put him down now or things might get ugly.
Alex- Kid if you don’t tell me who your master is it will get worse than ugly. Just tell me and I will leave you alone.
Teen 1- Fine, put me down and I’ll tell you all about my teacher.

(Alex puts him down and the teen brushes himself off)

Teen 1- About 3 months ago this guy came into the neighboring village and started a shrine dedicated to a new fighting style called the “Ultrasonic Broadsword”. People where amazed at what they could achieve through this fighting style. People speed and agility increased 3 fold!

Sango- There is no way that anyone could triple in strength in just 3 months.

Teen 1- The people that practice under him do.

Miroku- So where is his dojo?

Teen 2- It is in the neighboring village. We can take you there if you want.

Inuyasha- That would be a good idea.

(They all leave and go to the next village)

~in front of Shiekia’s dojo~

Alex- Wow I didn’t know he was so creative.

(a woman in a blue and red kimono walks out)

Woman- Welcome to master Shiekia’s dojo are interested in learning Ultrasonic Broadsword?

Alex- No thanks. Where is the founder of this dojo?

Woman- You mean master Shiekia?

Alex- Yeah.

Woman- He is out teaching a lesson in a village and wont be back till tonight but you are welcome to stay until he comes back.

Miroku- Thank you (he starts to approach the woman) (Sango grabs him by the ear)

Sango- Don’t even think of flirting.

Miroku- What ever do you mean?

(Sango lets go of his ear)

Woman- You are welcome to come inside. (she turns and walks toward the dojo)

(Alex walks over to Inuyasha)

Alex- So what do ya think? Have you noticed anything inpeticular about this place?
Inuyasha- Not really but I have a bad fore feeling.

Alex- Yeah I know what you mean.

(Everyone walks into the main room of the dojo)

~main room of the dojo~

Teen 1- So why are you guys so interested in Shiekia?

Alex- We need to talk to him.

Teen 2- Talk that’s it?

Alex- Well no it’s a little more complicated than that.

Teen 2- How?

Alex- Just don’t worry about it.

Inuyasha- I’m gonna look around for a bit.

Sango- Me too. Hey where is Miroku?

Alex- I don’t know.

Teen 1- You mean the monk? He had a concerned look and walked behind the dojo.

Alex- Hmm I’ll go check on him.
(Alex walks to the back of the dojo)

~behind the dojo with Alex and Miroku~

Alex- What’s up Miroku?
Miroku- There is a strange jaki coming from the dojo.

Alex- Can you tell where it is coming form exactly?

Miroku- No but it is really strong.

Alex- Crap that probably means Shiekia is here.

Miroku- You think its form Shiekia?

Alex- No doubt about it. He is here what the woman said was a lie. Why would Shiekia go out of his way to go teach a lesson and not be back by night?

(Inuyasha and Sango come running up)

Alex- What’s wrong?

Sango- We heard that woman talking to someone strange and also according to Shiekia’s books he doesn’t have any lessons or visits booked for today.

Miroku- What about the 2 teens?

Inuyasha- I sent them home.

Alex- Take me to the room where you heard woman.

~outside the door to the room where Inuyasha and Sango heard the woman~

(Alex puts his ear to the door)

Alex- Sounds like nobody is in there.
(Alex slides the door open)
(Shiekia is standing looking at 2 swords on the wall)

Alex- Shiekia.

Shiekia- (picks up a sword off the sword rack) This sword is very elegant don’t you think?

Alex- No I think is has a simplistic physical design and has a very dangerous spirit, I would know I designed it.

Shiekia- Oh really then I must thank you for having it made for the grandson of the great Ryukotsei.

Inuyasha- Grandson?

Shiekia- Yes Inuyasha. Your father sealed away my grandfather and once I heard about the downfall of Ryukotsei from a demon in a baboon pelt I went to see about it and found someone collecting remains. I followed the person and he had a sword made from the teeth of Ryukotsei. The persons name was Yohmori. A close friend of your half brother Sesshomaru. Regardless I had to have the sword so I watched him fight with the sword for a while and stole it from him one night. Now I am seeking revenge for my grandfather.

Inuyasha- I will admit your grandfather was a challenge and if you have any of his genes this should be a good fight.

Alex- Hang on Inuyasha. Where is Yohmori, Shiekia?

Shiekia- The last time I saw him he was looking for Inuyasha.

Inuyasha- Why the hell is everybody looking for me?!

Shiekia- Why do you keep taking innocent lives?!

Inuyasha- Ryukotsei attacked me okay I was just protecting myself!
Shiekia- Whatever! You killed my grandfather like a cold blooded murderer.

Alex- How so? Like Inuyasha said it was in self defense.

Shiekia- Inuyasha killed my grandfather while he was sealed.

Inuyasha- Bullshit! Naraku removed the seal and had Ryukotsei attacked me!

Shiekia- Stop telling lies! (Shiekia dashes at Inuyasha with a vertical swing) (Alex jumps and kicks Shiekia and makes him go flying into the wall)

Alex- Inuyasha isn’t lying. Now give me the sword.

Shiekia- Go to hell first. (Shiekia gets up)

Alex- If I go you’re going with me! (Alex runs at Shiekia and ducks to dodge Shiekia’s horizontal swing) (Alex comes up and grabs Shiekia’s arm that is holding the sword)

Alex- This sword is… (Alex twists Shiekia’s wrist and takes the sword and jumps back) …Inazuma Ryu and is now mine.

Shiekia- How though? Why didn’t the sword repel or posses you?!

Alex- Because I chose only a few people to be able to use this sword; the creator, the commissioner of the sword, and relatives of Ryukotsei.

Shiekia- I wont let you take the sword! (runs over to the sword rack and takes down the other sword) After all I am the founder of the ultrasonic broadsword (smirks)

Alex- So what? What’s so funny, I must have missed something.

Shiekia- This…(turns the sword horizontally) Dragon Rush! (Shiekia disappears and reappears in front of Inuyasha)
Inuyasha- What the….(Inuyasha is stuck in the stomach horizontally by the sword and force of Shiekia’s speed) (Inuyasha falls over onto the broadsword with Shiekia smiling maliciously above him)

Miroku- Such speed!

(Shiekia drops Inuyasha to the floor)

Shiekia- Who’s next? Maybe you monk or….the demon slayer? (Shiekia disappears again)

Alex- Sango move NOW!

(Miroku jumps in front of Sango blocks with his staff and it snaps in 2 easily and is stuck by the sword and falls to the floor)

Sango- Miroku!

(Alex sheaths Inazuma Ryu behind his belt runs and grabs Tetsaiga from Inuyasha who is still unconscious on the floor)

Alex- Prepare to die Shiekia! (Alex runs at Shiekia and he disappears)
Alex- 2..1 NOW! (Alex jumps to the side and Shiekia appears where Alex just was) (Alex makes a successful strike at Shiekia’s back which makes a diagonal cut)

Shiekia- Ugh…How did you avoid the Dragon rush? No matter you wont avoid my next move. (Shiekia moves the sword into a twin blade position) ((point toward the floor and the sword in a stabbing position of a knife))

Shiekia- Crimson Strike….(Shiekia runs at Sango)
Alex- No way bastard. (Alex starts to run at Shiekia) (Shiekia disappears and Alex continues to run toward Sango) (Shiekia appears beside Alex and continues just in front him)

Shiekia- Die! (Shiekia doesn’t turn around but thrusts the sword backward toward Alex)

(Alex barely dodges but the side of Alex’s Shirt is ripped by the stab) (Shiekia turns around quickly)

Alex- Now you die!! (Alex whirls around and makes a successful strike on Shiekia that breaks his necklace and leaves a deep cut in Shiekia’s chest) ((by now tetsaiga's blade is half covered in blood and Shiekia is gasping for air))

Alex- So you give up yet?

Shiekia- No….way…..

Alex- You can’t win anymore you used up most of your energy with those special moves and a deep wound isn’t’ helping.

Shiekia- I will not give up. I wont not after this humiliation.

Alex- (shrugs his shoulders) Have it your way, I gave you a chance to give up. (Alex starts to walk over to Shiekia)

Shiekia- You cocky bastard.
Alex- Yeah yeah, I will give you one more chance to give up and live I can fix that wound if you give up other wise you will die from blood loss.

Shiekia- I will not owe my life to you.
Alex- You are that determined to die? Fine. (Alex lifts tetsaiga) I’ll make this as painless as I can.

(Inuyasha and Miroku wake up and see Alex has tetsaiga in attack position in front of Shiekia)

Alex- Good bye Shiekia. (Alex lifts tetsaiga)

Sango- Wait! (Alex stops suddenly a few inches from Shiekia’s head)

Alex- What is it Sango?

Sango- Don’t kill him! I don’t want to see you kill anybody! It just isn’t like you!

(Alex drops the sword to his waist) (Shiekia gets up and runs to the door)

Shiekia- I’ll remember this Alex. (Shiekia runs out of the dojo)

Sango- Thank you.

Alex- To tell you the truth I didn’t want to kill him. The only reason I was going to is to protect you and the others.

Sango- Sorry. It just didn’t seem like something you would do.

Alex- You’re right it isn’t.

Inuyasha- Damn it I missed it! Now how am I supposed to be able to break barriers?!

Alex- Don’t worry about that. (Alex walks over and picks up Shiekia’s necklace) (Alex cuts a small hole in the pendent and pours an elixer onto the tetsaiga and rubs it in with the blood.

Alex- The blood of Shiekia was enough to break barriers…but if you add this elixer to the blood it is 4 times as strong. This elixer is where the ability for Shiekia to make barriers originated from. Shiekia infused this elixer into his blood and it multiplied because of his power to enhance just about anything he wants for a small amount of time.

Miroku- I get it so the people around here have been enhanced by Shiekia so he can gain their trust and have an army.

Alex- Close I don’t think he needed an army I just think he was trying to lure a few strong people to join him. After being enhanced over and over some people achieve that true level.

That is is why Shiekia is so fast.

Sango- So what’s next do we go after him?

Alex- We got what we came for so we can go back.

~Back at Kaede’s village~

Inuyasha- I can’t believe I got knocked out by that wimp.

Alex- I told you not to worry about it. Shiekia isn’t a normal person.

Inuyasha- Yeah but It only took one hit.

Alex- The moves he used could kill a normal human. The only reason he didn’t kill Miroku is cause Miroku has trained more than a normal human.

(Kagome comes running up)

Kagome- Where did ya’ll go? And why didn’t ya’ll tell me ya’ll were going?

Alex- Cause we didn’t need you to get in trouble.

(Kagome looks at Inuyasha and sees the wound Shiekia made)

Kagome- And how did you get that?!

Inuyasha- Chill out it’s just a small cut it’ll be gone by tomorrow.

Kagome- I bet I could have prevented it if I was there.

Alex- Yeah right. You would have been the first one he went for.

Kagome- Who.

Alex- Shiekia the guy we just fought.

Kagome- Shiekia?
Alex- Nobody you should really concern yourself with but this is what he looks like just so you’ll know him if you see him. (hands her the picture of Shiekia)

Miroku- Anyways we should get some rest.

Kagome- Wait what did you fight him for?

Alex- Oh that we just needed his blood for tetsaiga to be able to break barriers plus I think he had something planned with his operation he had going on.

Kagome- Oh. Well is Tetsaiga able to break barriers now?

Inuyasha- Yeah (pulls out Tetsaiga and has it turn red)

Kagome- Wow that’s different.

Inuyasha- We’ll have to see what it can do next time we meet DJ.

Alex- Well I’m going home for a while I guess I’ll see you guys later.

Inuyasha- Okay see ya later.

(Alex leaves)

Miroku to Sango and Inuyasha- Should we be concerned about what Shiekia said?

Sango- He did sounded pretty mad.

Inuyasha- Tch what are ya’ll worried about I’ll be ready for him next time.

Miroku- You’re right we just have to work harder if he comes back.

Kagome- SIT! (Inuyasha hit’s the ground and gets up soon after)

Inuyasha- What the hell was that for?!

Kagome- Leaving me behind.

Inuyasha- (rolls his eyes) I have a reason for that.

Kagome- Oh yeah lets hear it then.

Inuyasha- Shiekia has a big grudge against you for some reason.

Kagome- Your such a liar! SIT!! (Inuyasha hit’s the ground hard)

~with Alex who has just gotten to the top of the stairs behind Kaede’s house~

(Alex hears Kagome’s sit command yelled and he turns to see a huge dust cloud go up)

Alex- (sighs) Baka, I haven’t left for 2 minutes and he is in trouble. (shakes his head and continues home)
