[episode 24: part 2]

~ back in Shippo’s dream~

(Shippo is still being chased but the demons are getting closer to him)
Shippo- HELP!!

Inuyasha‘s voice- Shippo, do your best!

Alex’s voice- Come on just like I taught you kid, get ‘em all.

Shippo- Guys? Yeah, I’ll get ‘em! (Shippo turns around and does fox fire at the demons and they all disappear)
(Inuyasha and Alex walk up to Shippo)

Alex- See I told you you’re getting stronger. Why’d your doubt yourself?

Inuyasha- Yeah, you can do just about anything Shippo, just keep trying.

Shippo- Thanks guys. (Shippo’s tail waves once or twice)

~back in Miroku’s dream~

(the wind tunnel is still engulfing Miroku)

(Alex appears in front of Miroku)

Miroku- Get away or you will be sucked in too Alex!

Alex with a serious look on his face- What are you scared of? Fear is but the darkness in a closet trying to scare a child. Once the child realizes there is nothing there, the fear disappears.

Alex- Get a hold of yourself! There is nothing to fear here! You doubt yourself?!
(Alex punches Miroku and he falls backwards on to his butt and the wind tunnel stops)

Miroku- You’re right. It’s not real.

Alex- Of course not. (Alex puts his sword over his shoulder and offers Miroku his hand to help him up)
Alex with a helpful look- Now get up off the ground will ya?

~back in Sango’s dream~

(Sango is on top of Kohaku ready to stab him with her sword)

Sango- Forgive me Kohaku.

Kohaku- But why Sango?

Sango to herself- This is the only way to free you from Naraku, after I kill you then I will kill myself. (A tear streams down Sango’s face and she pulls back the sword and tries to stab Kohaku but her arm is stopped by Inuyasha)

Sango- Inu…yasha?
Inuyasha- Don’t kill Kohaku, we need to capture him alive.
Sango- But I will make trouble for everybody else.

(Alex walks up)

Alex- Don’t be dumb Sango, we are here to help. We need you around.
Inuyasha- Yeah, Alex and I cant do ALL the demon killing now can we?

Alex- Plus we need someone to watch that pervert Miroku. (Alex and Inuyasha smile warmly)

~in Kagura’s dream~

(Alex has his sword by Kagura’s neck)
Alex- Why didn’t you tell me Kagura?
Alex- You know I never intended to save Kanna either, I was going to kill her right along with Naraku.

Kagura- B..but why I thought you said you would save her.

Alex- I lied. (Alex smiles maliciously and puts the blade closer to Kagura’s neck)

Kagura- You’re not Alex. He isn’t evil, he cares.

Alex- Oh really?

Alex’s voice from the side of Kagura- Die Naraku, you friggin’ impersonator! (Alex punches what LOOKS like him and the impersonator reverts back into Naraku)

The real Alex- Kagura, are you ok?

Kagura- See Naraku I told you, he is the real Alex. Know how I can tell? Cause of the look in his eyes, yours are cold and full of malicious hatred.

Naraku- (laughs evilly) I was so close to killing her too, I’ll kill her one day.
Alex- No you wont, because you die right here! (a bluish orb forms in Alex’s hand and he points the palm of his hand at Naraku)

(Alex shoots the orb at Naraku and it hits him and Naraku disintegrates)

(Alex puts he hand down)

Alex- That’s what happens when you screw with a Black Sorcerer’s woman. (Alex turns to Kagua)

Alex- Kagura, did he hurt you?
Kagura- No, I’m fine.
Alex- Whatever he said don’t believe it.

Kagura- He wanted to tell me something.

Alex- He was just trying to make it look more convincing probably. But there is something I wanted to tell you for a while…its that I love you and no matter what choice you make in life I always will.

~back in Alex’s dream~

((continuation of last one))

Alex- I get it now….

Kagura- Stubborn as always.
Alex- You cant fool me you damn moth!

Everybody but Alex- What?

Alex- I’ve already passed junior high, none of this is real, this is just a friggin’ dream.

DJ- This is very real and so is the pain. (DJ lifts a pistol and shoots at Alex’s head)

(The bullet stops a few inches from Alex’s face)

Everybody but Alex- What the?

(Alex smirks)
Alex- Just like Neo. (the bullet drops to the ground) That’s just it, this is a dream and I’ve taken over, and I can break every rule I want.

DJ- Just try! (DJ shoots the entire clip and the bullets all stop and drop to the floor)
Alex- If I can break all the rules that means…(Alex turns to a locker) It means that there is a 10 gauge shotgun in this locker. (Alex pulls out a 10 gauge shotgun)

Alex- Hmm, what do ya know, (smirks) I was right. (Alex shoots everybody but Kagura)

Alex- It also means none of you are actually here.
Kagura- Why didn’t you shoot me then too?
Alex- Cause, I ran out of bullets. (Alex laughs)

Kagura- I thought you could break all the rules?

Alex- I can, I just think of it as bad karma to shoot what looks like someone that means more than the whole world to me.
Kagura- I despise you.

Alex- I know you do, cause you’re a fake. Kagura would never say that. (Kagura steps back)

Kagura- (starts to laugh) So how are you going to wake up?

Alex- Easy, I always wake up if I do something dramatic to myself, I always have.
Kagura- What?

Alex- Bye. (Alex lifts the 10 gauge and puts it to his head and pull the trigger)

~with Alex inside cocoon~

(Alex wakes up suddenly)

Alex- Ahh! Holy crap.

Alex- That’s one hell of a nightmare. Time for me to get out of here.
(Alex breaks free of the cocoon that binds him and cuts through the wall of the cocoon and steps out)

(Inuyasha looks over at him)

Inuyasha- Dude, I’m so glad you got out! Now how do we get the others out?

(Alex walks over to Inuyasha as he brushs off the remaining cocoon on his cloths)

Alex- Nothing.

Inuyasha- WHAT?! Why?
Alex- They’ll free themselves. Everybody here has a strong friendship, that will help the get out, watch.
Inuyasha- You sure?

Alex- What you doubted us?

Inuyasha- No..no I just… well I hate waiting for something so critical.

Alex- Learn to wait. Just watch.

~back in Kagome’s dream~

(everyone except for Kagome is knocked out cold by Naraku’s evil aura) (Kagome is running out of the school and Naraku is chasing her)

(Kagome trips on a rock and is caught by Inuyasha in his human form)

Inuyasha- You smell nice Kagome.

Kagome- Inu…yasha? Why did you say that now? (Naraku lands behind Kagome)

Kagome- Run Inuyasha, you cant beat him in your human form.

Inuyasha while transforming into his half demon form- Let me protect you! (Inuyasha jumps into the air and pulls out Tetsaiga and is about to kill Naraku)
~with Kagome in the cocoon~

(Kagome wakes up)

Kagome- That’s right I have Inuyasha. (Kagome frees herself from the cocoon that suspends her)

Kagome- I also have friends and they would never let me down! (Kagome shoots an arrow straight up and it disintegrates the cocoon as it hits)

Alex- See? There is Kagome.

(Sango bashes through her cocoon using Hiraksotsu)

Alex- And Sango….

(Shippo burns his cocoon as Kirara slices through it with her claws)

Alex- Kirara and Shippo.

(Miroku breaks through his cocoon using his staff)

Inuyasha- And finally Miroku.

(Everybody walks up to Inuyasha and Alex)

Miroku- Hey where is Kagura?

Alex- She should be breaking free any second now. (nothing happens for a moment or 2)

Alex- Hmm, I wonder what’s wrong. (Alex walks over to the cocoon Kagura is in)

Alex- Kagura? (Alex sticks his sword in the cocoon making a hole to where he can see inside)
(Kagura hasn’t woken up)

Inuyasha- She awake yet?

Alex- No…and she is still transforming like she is still in the dream.

Inuyasha- What are you gonna do?
Alex- I’m tearing this thing apart and waking her up myself. (Alex puts an alchemical mark on the cocoon with his sword and touches it and the cocoon’s wall disintegrates ((Yeah, I say “disintegrates” a lot huh?)) )

Alex- Come on Kagura, wake up. (Alex cuts Kagura free from the cocoon and holds her in his arms and walks out of the cocoon)

Alex- Come on Kagura, wake up now, you’re starting to worry me.

Inuyasha- She stopped transforming, that’s good.
Alex- Yeah but that’s cause she isn’t in the cocoon anymore, she still needs to wake up.

(Alex sets Kagura down)

(Alex bends over Kagura)

Alex- Kagura….come on now, time to wake up. I know I’ll just give her a little shock with Inazuma Ryu.
(Alex has the dragon come out and the dragon touches Kagura and sends a small shock into her but she doesn’t wake up)

Alex- Damn woman you can sleep.

~in Kagura’s dream once again~

Kagura- Shouldn’t I have woken up by now?

Alex- Yes this but something is left undone if you haven’t.

Kagura- What’s that?

Alex- I have no idea, you have to figure that out.

Kagura- What about Naraku? Am I supposed to kill him, is he not dead or something?

Alex- No that spell I used broke down every cell in his body so that’s not it.

Kagura- I realize this is a dream but how do I wake up if I don’t know what to do to wake up?
Alex- Like I said, I have no idea.

~back with Alex who is bending over Kagura~

Alex in a worried voce- Alright Kagura you got your laugh now stop playing, wake up. (a moment passes and Kagura still wont move)

Alex- Kagura, wake up girl. (Alex shakes Kagura to see if she will wake up)

Alex- Don’t do this to me, you’re freaking scaring me, I can loose you, not after going through so much just to be with you.

Inuyasha- Is she even still alive?

Kagome- Inuyasha! SIT! (Inuyasha hit’s the ground)

Inuyasha- What’d I do?!

Alex- She’s alive, I can feel her heart beat.

Alex- Damn it, why didn’t I take that telepathy course when I had the chance.

Alex- Kagura, wake up, snap out of it.

(A few moments pass as Alex tries to wake Kagura up but they all fail) (Alex’s voice gets more and more frantic as time goes by)

(Alex finally stops and picks Kagura up into his arms again)

Alex- I don’t know if you can hear me Kagura but I want you to know, even though we’ve only been together for a short time I’ve grow even more fond of you, I….I cant loose you…..I’d die if I did….(A tear streams down Alex’s face as falls onto Kagura’s face)

~In Kagura’s dream~

Kagura- I hear a voice, listen, can you hear it?

Alex- No…I don’t hear anything but the wind.

Kagura- Huh? What the? (Kagura wipes a tear off of her face and looks at it)

Kagura- Where did this come from? (she feels another hit her face)
Kagura- What’s happening? Every thing is getting blurry and dark.

~with Alex who is still holding Kagura~

Alex- Kagura, wake up! (Alex holds Kagura close to him)

(Kagura wake up without Alex noticing it)
Alex- Kagura, you can’t, you cant leave me. I love you too much I don’t care what anybody else thinks, I love you all the same.

Kagura- Y…you mean it?

Alex- Kagura? (Alex looks at Kagura and sees she is awake)
Alex- Yes, yes I do, I’m so glad you are awake, I thought I was going to loose you.

Kagura- (wipes a tear from Alex’s face) I new it wasn’t a dream.

Alex- Huh? What do you mean?
Kagura- In my dream you told me you loved me and always would.
Alex- What did you dream?
Kagura- I was in a field with you and Sesshomaru and you 2 started fighting and you killed him but it wasn’t really you it was Naraku in disguise, the real you killed Naraku as he was about to kill me, then you told me you loved me and then and after a while I felt a tear on my face then I started to wake up.
Alex- Well they say dreams are reflections of one’s desires. Meaning you want me to kill Naraku and you wanted me to save you and tell you I loved you, right?

Kagura- Well….yeah sort of.

Alex- At least you had a good dream, I had to force myself out of mine.

Kagura- (laughs) How did you force yourself out?

(Alex sets Kagura on her feet)

Alex- Well I figured out it was dream and just broke every rule I needed to in order to wake myself up.

Kagura- You’re avoiding the subject, how did you force yourself out?

Alex- Well….I….uh…..kind of shot myself.

Kagura- You what?!

Alex- Hang on now, it wasn’t real and I knew it so it’s not like I’m suicidal or anything.

Kagura- Hmm ok.

Alex- So, are we going to get out of this creepy place or what?

Inuyasha- Sure lets get going. (Inuyasha looks around)

Alex- Something wrong?

Inuyasha- Well… ya see….its like this…

Kagura- Don’t tell me you forgot how to get out of here.

Inuyasha- Sort of.

(Alex and Kagura hang their heads)

Alex and Kagura- Baka.

Alex- How did we end up with people like him?

Kagura- Good question.

Inuyasha- What are you 2 muttering below your breath?

Alex- Nothing. Just do Kaze no Kizu that way (Alex points to the northeast)

Inuyasha- Oh yeah that’s the way we go, I forgot.

Kagome in a sarcastic voice- Sure you did.

(Inuyasha does Kaze no Kizu toward the northeast and the forest’s barrier is broken and the forest returns to a normal forest)

Shippo- It was a normal forest all along.

Kagome- It’s so beautiful.

Inuyasha- You know if it wasn’t for me you guys would have never made it out there.

(Everybody smiles warmly at Inuyasha)

Inuyasha- What? You don’t believe me?

Kagome- That’s not it, for once you’re right.

Shippo- Yeah.

Inuyasha- I don’t get it, if you are so great full you should at least say “thank you”.

Alex- Well Kagome will you say it as our representative?

Kagome- Yeah sure. (Kagome walks up to Inuyasha and he backs away and remembers what he said)

~flashback of what Inuyasha said to Kagome while she was in her cocoon~

Inuyasha- You are doubting me and yourself! It’s a dream, wake up!! (Inuyasha is throw back 10 feet and he gets up)

Inuyasha- All of you are doubting yourselves!! Kagome, say it I dare you, say it! Tell me to sit! I dare you! Say it!!

~back with Inuyasha~

Inuyasha to himself- Opps did I really say that…oh boy.

Kagome- Inuyasha….
(Inuyasha covers up his ears)
Inuyasha to himself- Oh no here it comes.
Kagome- Thank….You.

(Inuyasha uncovers his ears)

Inuyasha in a low voice- What? Didn’t she tell me to “sit”?

(Kagome has walked away from Inuyasha)

Inuyasha- Hey, Kagome say that one more time I didn’t hear you!

(everybody is walking away from Inuyasha)

Kagome- No, I hate repeating myself.

Inuyasha- Come on just once more!

Kagome- Ok, ok here I’ll say it; SIT! (Inuyasha hits the ground)
Kagome- Happy?

Alex- Inuyasha no baka.
