[episode 24: part 1]
~in a forest that appears dead, with Alex, Inuyasha, and company~
Alex- Man, this place is a wasteland.
Inuyasha- Yeah, what’s with this place?
Sango- There isn’t one green leaf here.
Kagome- But the forest was fine a little ways back.
Kagura- What’s that? (Kagura points to a swarm of moths coming at them)
Alex- Moths, lots and lots of them.
(Kagura blows the moths away from everybody with her dance of the dragon)
Kagome- Look there is someone up there.
(A figure of a person walks down the hill as the dust clears)
(The man stops in front of the group as the dust clears)
Alex- A moth demon, him and those other moths must live here, that would explain why it’s such a waste land.
Kagome- He looks like Gattenmaru.
Man- So you know Gattenmaru eh? He met an untimely end at the hands of a half demon.
Inuyasha- That half demon is me, and if you want revenge, I’d be happy to cut you in to small pieces. (Inuyasha pulls out Tetsaiga and points it a the moth demon)
Man- Revenge? For that useless fool? He lead around common thieves, he was a disgrace to the moth demons.
Alex- I hate moths.
Kagura- Huh?
Alex- Its nothing, I just hate moths all the same.
Man- Well we don’t like you either Dragon Fighter.
Alex- So you know who I am huh?
Man- Yes, you’ve made quite a name for yourself among the demons. (the moth demon begins to laugh)
Alex- (raises an eyebrow) Something funny?
Man- I was just thinking how convenient it is to be able to kill you in my own home and not have to go after you and your friends. Once I kill you all I will become the most powerful demon alive.
(Alex steps forward and puts his arm in front of Kagura)
Alex- You leave them out of this.
Man- No can do! (the moth demon shoots a blue light at every body and only Inuyasha and Alex block it)
(Alex turns around)
Alex- Kagura are you alright?!
Kagura- W…What the hell is this?! (Kagura is trying to through away a blue orb that is going inside her body as well as Sango, Miroku, Shippo, and Kagome)
Alex- Crap, (Alex runs up and tries to get it off of her but it wont come off and it goes insider Kagura’s body)
Man- Fool! (the demon shoots a blue light at Alex and he is also hit and a blue orb goes into Alex’s body)
Alex- Basta…. (Alex falls to the ground)
Inuyasha- Alex! (Inuyasha turns to the demon and then dashes at him with his sword)
(the demon punches Inuyasha and he flies back behind everybody else)
(the demon covers everybody but Inuyasha in a cocoon)
(Inuyasha gets up)
Inuyasha- What the hell did you do to them?!
Man- I just made them make a dream.
Inuyasha- What do you mean “make” a dream?
Man- Everyone has a fear, a fear in the bottom of their heart. Whether demon or human it doesn’t matter, everyone has a fear.
Inuyasha- Quit rambling! (Inuyasha dashes at the demon and the demon blocks with his axe)
Man- I see, you also have a fear, the fear of loneliness.
Inuyasha- Don’t make me laugh! I can fight with or without friends! (Inuyasha pushes back the demon and the demon retreats)
Inuyasha- Screw this! (Inuyasha turns and runs back to the cocoons)
(Inuyasha does iron reaver on the cocoon Alex is in but the cut in the cocoon heals itself)
Inuyasha- Damn. Without Alex I’m not sure how to get them out. (Inuyasha retries iron reaver but the result is the same)
(Inuyasha tries using Tetsaiga on Kagome’s cocoon with continuous cuts but they all heal themselves)
Inuyasha- Damn it. Maybe if I find and kill that damn moth. (Inuyasha turns and runs off)
~in Sango’s dream~
(Kohaku is chasing Kirara for fun and Sango and her father are watching)
(Kirara jumps on top of Kohaku’s head and he falls backwards as he tries to grab Kirara)
Sango- (laughs) Are you ok Kohaku?
Kohaku- I’m fine. (Kohaku continues to chase Kirara)
Sango’s dad- Even Kirara can bully him, he cant join the war directly at this age.
Sango- It’s ok father, I’ll watch over Kohaku if any trouble comes around.
(the scene switches to when Kohaku kills his father and fellow demon slayers)
Sango- Kohaku?
(Kohaku is shot with arrows and Sango is as well)
~in Miroku’s dream~
(geishas are dancing in front of Miroku and Mujin while Miroku is a child)
Mujin- What’s wrong Miroku? You don’t look happy.
Miroku ((as a child))- Mujin, why isn’t dad here?
Mujin- (take a drink of sake) He didn’t want you to see him in his farewell state.
Miroku- Farewell state?
Mujin- By now he is…..
(Miroku gasps and has a surprised face)
(Miroku gets up and runs out and Mujin follows him)
(Miroku’s father’s wind tunnel is devouring him and Mujin grabs Miroku before he is sucked in)
Miroku ((still as child))- FATHER!
~in shippo’s dream~
(Shippo comes running out of the bushes)
Shippo- Dad I found some more acorns!
(Shippo looks up and sees Hiten and Maten and Maten is wearing his fathers fur around his waste)
(Hiten and Maten laugh evilly and walk off)
(Shippos begins to cry loudly)
~in Kagome’s dream ~
(at the well house at Kagome’s house)
(Sota is standing in the doorway)
(Kagome walks up to Sota)
Kagome- What’s wrong Sota?
Sota- Buyo ran down by that creepy well.
Kagome- So? Go get him.
(Kagome walks down to the well)
(A purple demonic energy starts to emerge and an evil laugh with it)
Kagome- No way, it cant be!
(Naraku appears on top of the well)
(Kagome turns and grabs Sota as she runs out the well house)
(Kagome’s mom and grandfather come running up)
Grandfather- What’s wrong, what happened?!
Kagome- Don’t come any closer!
(Naraku jumps through the roof of the well house and is about to hit Kagome and Sota)
~In Kagura’s dream~
(Kagura is in a field by herself)
Kagura- (sighs) The weather is nice. The only thing missing is someone to spent it with.
(Alex walks up to Kagura)
Alex- Hey Kagura, lonely?
Kagura- Hey Alex, yeah sort of come sit beside me. (Alex walks up and sits beside Kagura)
Alex- There is something I’ve been meaning to tell you.
Kagura- What’s that?
Alex- I…I love…..(Sesshomaru walks up)
Sesshomaru- Why are you here? I’ll kill you.
Alex- Just try it! (Alex stands and Sesshomaru and Alex pull out their swords)
Kagura- What are you 2 doing?!
Sesshomaur- I’m going to kill this human trash.
Alex- Bring it! (Alex and Sesshomaru dash at each other and Alex cuts off Sesshomaru’s right arm and slides around and shoots Sesshomaru with his 9mm pistol and Sesshomaru falls to the ground)
~In Alex’s dream~
(Alex is at school in junior high and Kagome, Sango, Kagura, DJ, and Inuyasha walk up to Alex)
Alex- Oh hey guys, what’s up?
DJ- Nothing, you ready for class?
Alex- Yeah, you know me, I’m a nerd.
Inuyasha- That’s right you are. (everybody advances on Alex)
(Alex notices a strange look on their faces)
Alex- Guys? What’s wrong? Why are you looking at me like that? (Inuyasha and everybody starts to beat Alex unmercifully)
~with Inuyasha who has just found the moth demon~
Inuyasha- You let my friends go bastard! (Inuyasha jumps at the demon and comes down with a vertical strike but the moth demon jumps out of the way)
Moth demon- I told you, you fear loneliness. Admit it! (the moth demon dashes at Inuyasha with his axe and tries to cut Inuyasha with a horizontal swing but Inuyasha ducks under it)
Inuyasha- I told you already I can fight on my own! (Inuyasha stands up and does a horizontal strike at the moth demon but he jumps back about 15 feet and then transforms into a full moth demon)
Moth demon- I’ll eat you alive half demon!
Inuyasha- Eat this! Kaze no Kizu! (Inuyasha does Kaze no Kizu at the demon and he is ripped to pieces)
Moth demon’s head- (laughs) I will not die, once your friends turn into moth demons I will relive and have new partners! (the rest of the demon disintegrates)
(Inuyasha turns around and looks at the cocoons)
Inuyasha- Crap, they didn’t wake up!
~back in Miroku’s dream~
Miroku- Let go of me Mujin! (Miroku breaks free of Mujin and starts to run and grows gradually into his adult form)
Miroku- Naraku, I must find Naraku!
(Naraku appears a few feet in front of Miroku)
Miroku- Naraku! I’ll kill you now!
(Kagome, Shippo, Kagura, and Sango all appear between Miroku and Naraku)
Miroku- Sango?
Sango- Miroku? How are you?
Miroku- Move Sango, let me kill Naraku.
(the wind tunnel opens by itself and sucks all of the girls in)
Miroku- NO! I didn’t open it! Why?
Naraku- Monk, you would actually engulf your own friends to kill me?
Miroku- Shut up, you did this, you put the wind tunnel in my grandfathers hand! I’ll kill you!
(the wind tunnel starts to suck in Miroku but not Naraku)
~back in Sango’s dream~
(Kohaku and Sango are in a room by themselves with darkness behind Kohaku)
Sango- Kohaku? Are you ok?
Kohaku- Sango, you should be proud I’ve killed all of the demons!
Sango- What?
Kohaku- Look. (a darkness behind Kohaku is lit up and Kagome, Kagura, Shippo, and Kirara are all dead)
Sango- No… (Sango hesitates and then knocks Kohaku down by hitting him with her Hirakotsu while it is still in her hands)
(Sango turns around and drops Hirakotsu)
Sango- Kohaku! I’m sorry! (Sango runs to Kohaku and hold him in her arms)
(Kohaku’s eyes open wide, like he is being controlled and he stabs Sango in the back with his weapon)
Kohaku- You should have been proud Sango, it’s your fault for not praising me. (Sango blacks out as she falls to the floor)
~In Shippo’s dream~
(Shippo being chased by hundred of lizard demons and Hiten and Maten)
Shippo- Some body help!
~In Kagome’s dream~
(Kagome wakes up in class)
Kagome- (yawns) It was a dream?
(Ayumi pokes Kagome in the back)
Ayumi- Hey Kagome, you slept pretty well.
OWF- You don’t usually sleep in class, is some thing wrong?
Kagome- No, not really….(Kagome looks out the window and sees Naraku’s evil aura coming closer and closer)
Kagome- (stands up in alarm) NO! Everybody we have to leave, NOW!
~back in Kagura’s dream~
(Alex just got done shooting Sesshomaru and he puts away his gun and sword)
Alex- Kagura, I…I had to…I had to defend you.
Kagura- He wasn’t after me, he was after you!
Alex- You, you don’t like me?
Kagura- You didn’t have to kill him.
Alex- If you didn’t like me why didn’t you tell me?
(Alex pulls his sword out again and walks up to Kagura and puts it by her neck)
Kagura- Alex, no don’t do this.
~In Alex’s dream~
(Inuyasha and the others have beaten Alex to the ground)
Inuyasha- Pathetic, I thought you were a better fighter.
Alex through gasps of air- I…don’t….fight…friends.
Kagura- We are not your friends.
(Inuyasha lifts Tetsaiga and tries to stab Alex but Alex rolls out of the way and gets up)
Alex in a battered voice- I get it now….
~with Inuyasha who is trying to free everybody out side~
(Inuyasha is trying to cut Kagome’s cocoon with iron reaver)
Inuyasha- Damn, if only I could use Kaze no Kizu, but if I do, it would kill them. Crap.
(Inuyasha finally gets through the cocoon and sees Kagome and she is starting to turn into a moth demon)
Inuyasha- Kagome!! Wake up!! You’re doubting yourself, you can do better than this!! (Inuyasha shoves his hand into the cocoon and tries to grab Kagome)
Inuyasha- You are doubting me and yourself! It’s a dream, wake up!! (Inuyasha is throw back 10 feet and he gets up)
Inuyasha- All of you are doubting yourselves!! Kagome, say it I dare you, say it! Tell me to sit! I dare you! Say it!!
