[episode 10]
~at the temple just outside Akebi village~
Inuyasha- So where is the shard I wanna get this over with.
Alex- In the basement. But it’s gonna be hard to get there cause there are hundreds of spiders that are about as big as MK.
MK- A-as big as me?
Inuyasha- What’s wrong your not scared of spiders are you? (sneers)
MK- N-no I just don’t feel safe with the prospect of hundreds of spiders as big as me.
Alex- Inuyasha let me handle this ok?
Inuyasha- Why?
Alex- This is nothing for you believe me I’ll bring you the shard don’t worry.
Inuyasha- Ok but if you aren’t back in a couple hours I’m coming in for you.
Alex- Ya’ll just stay here and hang out. Come on MK.
MK- M-me?
Alex- No the other MK (said sarcastically). Yes you come on.
Kagome- One question though. Why do you want to go with MK and just you?
Alex- I want to test out my new sword, Inazuma Ryu, and MK needs the practice.
Kagome- Ok then just checking. See you later.
Alex- See ya.
(MK and Alex go into the temple and are out of sight of Inuyasha and company)
Inuyasha- Wake me up in about an hour.
Kagome- You’re so lazy.
Inuyasha- Eh? There’s nothing to do.
Kagome- Well find something to do.
Inuyasha- I did, sleep.
Kagome to herself- How lazy can he get?
Shippo- If you guys aren’t gonna do anything I’m going for a walk in the woods.
Miroku- I can’t think of anything to do (gets closer to Sango who is in deep thought)
(Miroku starts to reach around Sango)
(Sango pinches Miroku’s hand with out looking)
Sango- Don’t do anything you might regret.
Miroku- Oops (Miroku falls over on Sango’s lap making it look like an accident)
Sango- Miroku you pervert! (Sango pushes him off her lap and Miroku’s head hit’s the floor and makes a hollow tunk sound)
Inuyasha- What an air-head. He’ll never change.
~Inside the temple with Alex and MK~
(Alex and MK walk through several rooms)
Alex- So you seeing anybody on the other side?
MK- No not really. It seems everybody else has a girl friend except for me.
Alex- Don’t sweat it I don’t have one either.
MK- What do you think of the 2 girls you are traveling with?
Alex- What do you mean?
MK- I mean what’s you relation ship with them?
Alex- Here come some spiders are you ready to fight?
MK- Yeah.
(Alex unsheathes Inazuma Ryu)
Alex- You want the first strike?
MK- Sure I guess. (MK holds out his hand and it starts to glow red)
(the spiders start to charge Alex and MK)
MK- Be gone demons! (a bright red light shoots out MK’s hand and he runs it over all the spiders and they stop moving)
MK- I just paralyzed them.
Alex- Cool. (Alex walks up to the spiders and takes one good swing and the spiders are split in half and desintigrate)
Alex- Too easy. I have the next set.
(they continue to walk)
MK- So what is you’re relationship with Kagome and Sango?
Alex- I only think of them as traveling companions and friends. I wouldn’t try to get one of them cause Kagome has Inuyasha and Sango has Miroku.
MK- Ohh.
Alex- What’s wrong you don’t have a crush on one of them do you? (gives a little bit of a sneer)
MK- N-no way! (blushes a little bit)
Alex- Don’t worry about it I have a crush on somebody here too.
(spiders come into the room and Alex begins to fight them one by one as MK fights them one by one with his shikigami)
MK- So who is it? (strikes a spider)
Alex- There is a problem with it though. (strikes a spider and it disintegrates)
MK- What?
Alex- It is that she is one of Inuyasha’s rivals.
MK- That’s not good. (kills another spider)
Alex- I know I try to keep him from killing her. She isn’t really bad she is just made (kills a spider) to do what Naraku wants.
MK- How come? (kills 3 spiders with on shikigami spell)
Alex- Cause Naraku that bastard, (kills 4 spider with one swing of Inazuma Ryu) has her heart and can, (kills another spider) kill her any time he wants.
MK- That really sucks. So he can use that to his advantage. (kills off the last spider) So what’s her name?
Alex- Kagura.
(they go down a set of stairs into the basement)
MK- If you don’t tell anybody about my crush I wont tell anyone about yours.
Alex- I’m not the kind of person who tells personal business.
MK- That’s a good trait not many people have that trait.
Alex- Yeah well I hate when some busy body gets in my business. So I’m not a busy body.
MK- So where is this “huge spider” and why is it soo important?
Alex- Its in the store room down here. I didn’t tell anybody but it has a kid held hostage. And we want the shikon shard it has.
MK- It’s too dark to see down here.
Alex- Lets see if I can fix that. (closes his eyes and mutters something under his breath and then opens them) (Inazuma Ryu’s blade shines a bright blue and lights up the room)
MK- That will………work……(Alex and MK are surrounded by the spiders)
Alex- Get on your stomach.
MK- Why?
Alex- JUST DO IT NOW! (MK drops and the spiders jump for them)
((commercial)) ((nah I’m kidding))
(Alex has a blue dragon come out the blade like a whip)
Alex- You want a piece of this?! (Alex twirls the blade in a circle about chest high and hits all of the spiders and they desentigrate)
(MK gets up and Alex has the dragon wrap around the blade)
MK- What is that?
Alex- It’s a powerful dragon that has possessed this sword.
MK- Is it evil?
Alex- Not really but it will possess a normal human if they take hold of it.
MK- So you’re not a human.
Alex- I said a normal human. I’m 1/4th demon.
MK- You act enough like a demon. (sneers)
Alex- Oh really? If it wasn’t for me you’d be scared of anything that moved.
MK- I’m just kidding come on lets keep going.
Alex- Hmm you’re more brave than I remember.
MK- How’s that?
(they walk through the rooms looking for opposition)
Alex- Well I knew you would show up sooner or later and in my realm you are in a game and at first you are scared of almost every thing here.
MK- Well I must admit I’m not used to this but for some reason I feel braver when I’m around you.
Alex- O…K….I never had anybody tell me that before.
MK- What’s that? (points to a door at the end of the hall)
Alex- And that would be the store room.
MK- Hang on a sec. (Alex and MK stop)
Alex- What?
MK- Something’s not right. It feels like we fell into a trap.
Alex- You have a point I feel no evil energy from that room.
MK- (turns around) Ummm Alex…..
Alex- What? (turns around) Holy sh** that thing is huge. RUN!
MK- Where?
Alex- To the store room!
(Alex and MK run to the store room and open the door)
(inside the store room the walls are covered in spider eggs)
MK- Oh…..my……..God we are all gonna die.
Alex- Burn them.
MK- What?
Alex- Burn them before they hatch!
MK- How?
Alex- Your element is fire just use a constant shikigami wave and it should burn them.
MK- But what if I catch the temple on fire?!
Alex- Just do it. Either way there is only one way out through that big mother spider that is coming down the hall.
MK- Ok. (MK starts a constant shikigami wave and runs it over the spider eggs and they begin to burn) It’s working.
Alex- You finish that and (has the dragon on his sword unwrap and grabs it and stretches it in front of his face) I’ll take care of this one.
(the spider is charging toward Alex)
Alex- Where was the shard? In his neck? In his head?
(the spider shoots some web at Alex and Alex runs and slides under the web and the spider and comes out behind him)
Alex- Damn it where was it?!
(the spider turns around and swips a leg at Alex)
Alex- Keep your legs off me bastard! (Alex cuts the leg as it comes at him)
Alex- 7 left. ….. 7? Yeah why not? (Alex charges the spider and as the spider starts to counter attack Alex slides underneath it and takes out the 3 legs left on one side of the spider) (the spider struggles to turn around)
Alex- The back that’s where the shard is! (Alex jumps for the back of the spider but it shoots Alex with a web and he is held against the wall)
Alex- Damn. I cant move!
(the spider regenerates it’s legs and trys to stab Alex in the head but misses and stabs his left shoulder)
(MK comes running down the hall)
MK- It’s done! They’re all burned!
Alex- Watch out don’t let it shoot you with its web! (The spider shoots another web at MK and he roll out of the way)
MK- That was close.
Alex- This one is too big for you and it has the power of the shard! You need to run and get Inuyasha!
MK- By the time I get back he will have killed you!
Alex- Damn it.
MK to himself- What do I do? What to do, what to do? Got it! (MK hold his hand up with the palm towards the ceiling and shoots a shikigami through the roof)
~back with everybody with Inuyasha~
Kagome- Look. (points at the red light)
Inuyasha- Isn’t that MK’s blast?
Miroku- Yeah.
Inuyasha- I smell blood. And it’s Alex’s. Lets go!
(Everybody runs into the temple)
~back with Alex and MK~
MK- What can I use to stop it?!
Alex- Take out it’s legs! It will be stunned and have to regenerate!
(MK uses a continuous shikigami blast and cuts all 8 legs)
MK- I have to get him down. (MK turns around and burns the edges of the web Alex is bound by and Alex falls to the ground)
MK- You ok?
Alex- Not……really. I cant use my left arm.
(the spider finishes regenerating his legs)
Alex- MK listen you have to get a blast through its back or we will never win by the time Inuyasha gets here. I will distract it.
MK- On it.
Alex to the spider- Hey stupid! (waves his sword around in the air and then throws it at the spiders head with the dragon wrapped around the blade)
(MK is now running for the spider and slides underneath him) (the sword hits and everything goes dark and then a red light goes upward through the spider)
(Inuyasha comes running down the stairs with Kagome)
Inuyasha- Alex you ok?
Alex- Yeah I’m cool. (Alex walks up to the only glow in the room and pulls out Inazuma Ryu and the room is lit again)
Kagome- Are you 2 ok?
MK- Yeah I’m fine but a little grossed out but fine. (MK is covered in spider blood and web)
Alex- I’m not as lucky as he is. (Alex’s left arm is limp and is covered in blood from his shoulder)
Kagome- Oh crap you hurt bad. Inuyasha go get the med kit from where I was sitting. (Inuyasha hit’s the floor)
Kagome- Oops. Sorry.
Inuyasha- Watch your choice of words!
(Inuyasha gets up and comes back in a few minutes with the med kit)
(Kagome wraps Alex shoulder and puts his arm in a sling)
Alex- Thanks Kagome.
MK- I should have been there to help you.
Alex- Don’t blame yourself. If those eggs would have hatched we would all be dead. Plus you did what I told you and you came through. Your already getting stronger.
Miroku- Shall we head back?
Sango, Inuyasha, Shippo, and Alex- Sounds good to me.
(everyone heads back to Kaede’s village)
