prologue

You know how they say old things are a time warp or whatever? Well that’s just a figure of speech at least that’s what I thought.....

My family isn’t really special but we always have weird things happening to us but this takes the cake. One day I was snooping around our old barn and somehow I was transported to an alternate universe where my favorite show Inuyasha is real.

Some people have a theory that comics exist in an alternate universe, well it must be true because I've ended up there and can move back and forth whenever I want and the best part its summer.

story starts from being transported near the bone eater's well-

[episode 1 - Falling Into Another Universe]

~In the woods where Inuyasha was sealed~

Alex- Where am I? Weird I could of sworn I was in the old barn at the house.

Kaede- Who are ye?

Alex- Huh? (turns and looks for the voice)

Alex- You, your Kaede aren’t you?

Kaede- That I am who are ye?

Alex- Oh, sorry I'm Alex.

Kaede- Are you a human or a demon in disguise?

Alex- Hold on now I’m not a demon I'm a human.

Kaede- Oh good, will you come down to the village for dinner?

Alex- Sure, thanks.

(Alex follows Kaede and walks to Kaede‘s hut)

Alex- Where is this place?

Kaede- How do you mean?

Alex- I mean this time period and the country.

Alex- This isn't America as far as I can tell.

Kaede- This is the Sengoku Jedai and this is Japan.

Alex- You're joking right?

Kaede- This is not a joke.

Alex- Well it looks like I understand now.

Alex- I'm in an alternate universe like the theory says.

Kaede- Theory?

Alex- Yeah this isn't my country or my universe.

Kaede- Are ye mad?

Alex- You don’t believe me well what about Kagome then, don't you think that is strange?

Kaede- How do you know of Kagome, demon?!

Alex- Whoa, hold it I'm not a demon but if you will sit down I will tell you of how I know Kagome.

Alex- Like I said I'm not from this universe and in my universe there is a theory that comics exist in an alternate universe. This is that universe. I am from a different time and universe.

I live in the time Kagome lives in but in a different universe. That’s pretty much the story in a nutshell.

Kaede- I understand now but it still seems strange.

Alex- I know all about you and Inuyasha and company.

Alex- Inuyasha is a story from my land.

Kaede- I see.

Alex- Well anyways where is Inuyasha now?

Kaede- They have gone to...... (is interrupted by Inuyasha coming in)

Inuyasha- Hey old Kaede we brought you back some food.

Kaede- Inuyasha I'd like you to meet someone.

Inuyasha- Who?

Kaede- Him. (points to Alex)

Alex- How’s it going?

Inuyasha- Yo.

Kagome- Who is this, Kaede?

Kaede- He has traveled here much like you Kagome.

Kagome- How?

(everyone sits)

(speech that was given by Alex is repeated)

Kagome- Well can you get home Alex?

Alex- I really don't know yet if I can get back home.

Kagome- Well till you know if you can get home you can travel with us.

Alex- Well if I cant get home its summer so I was hoping to travel with you guys. Would that be ok with you Kagome?

Kagome- Its fine with me the more help we have the better, right Inuyasha?

Inuyasha- I don't need some weak human getting in my way.

Alex- Inuyasha you don’t like humans huh? Well what about Kagome, Miroku, and Sango?

Inuyasha- Keh, They all have a strength; Miroku with kazzana, Sango with Kirara and her demon extermination skills, and Kagome with her spiritual power and the ability to sense jewel shards.

Alex- So what’s to say I don't have a strength too?

Alex- Tell you what I'll travel with you guys for a while if I'm useful I'll stay, if I'm not I'll get lost ok with you?

Inuyasha- Ok we'll see. We will head out in 3 days.

Alex- Good that will give me time to find a way home and collect what I need. I'll see you guys later.

(Alex goes to find a way back home by the bone eater's well)

Alex- Lets see, if I remember I came out in front of this tree. (Alex trys to touch the tree and falls through the portal)

Alex- Damn it, that hurt. (gets up and dusts himself off)

Alex- Lets see I need my 6 foot metal bo, my portable DVD player, my Inuyasha DVDs and my backpack.

(Alex explains his situation to his parents, collects materials, and calls DJ over.)

~Alex’s room about 2 hours later~

DJ- You're joking right?

Alex- No I'm not you thought I was obsessed well I'm surely obsessed now.

DJ- If you're not joking show me the portal.

Alex- Ok its in the back.
(they walk to the portal)

DJ- This is it?

Alex- Yeah, walk through the door.

(DJ walks through door and Alex follows)

Alex- Ok lets get your stuff out the house ad go to Kaede’s house to introduce you.

(they go get DJ's weapons and Alex's materials and go to Kaede's) ((by the way DJ is a weapons master meaning he can use any weapon almost perfectly))

Inuyasha- Damn it, another weak human?

DJ- I'm not a weak human you mongrel.

Inuyasha- (gives DJ a harsh look) You bastard (Inuyasha throws a punch at DJ and DJ dodges it easily)

DJ- You wanna fight that bad then lets take this outside.

Kagome- Inuyasha don't be such a bully you don’t need to fight him.

DJ- Kagome don't worry about me I can take care of myself and I don't think Inuyasha trusts my claims as a fighter and I’d like prove myself to yall anyways.

(they move outside Kagome and company spectate)

(DJ pulls out his sais)

DJ- If you wanna beat me, you better pull out your sword.

Inuyasha- I didn’t want to kill you but since you asked for it. (Inuyasha pulls out his sword)

DJ- That’s more like it.

(Inuyasha rushes DJ with a horizontal swing)

(DJ jumps up onto the sword in midswing and uses Inuyasha's head as a launch pad and jumps behind Inuyasha)

(DJ rushes Inuyasha and hold both the sais to Inuyasha's neck from behind)

Inuyasha- You bastard I'll kill you for that. (as this is said Inuyasha breaks the sais with his claws and leaps forward and turns around to face DJ)

DJ- Well these are useless. (DJ throws the sais behind him)

Alex- DJ catch! (Alex throws his 6 foot bo to DJ)

(DJ catches with one hand)

(DJ rushes Inuyasha with a vertical strike)

(Inuyasha dodges and counters with a vertical swing)

(DJ blocks strike with bo and the bo cracks, DJ pushes Inuyasha off with bo and the bo cracks even deeper)

DJ- Oh boy he is not going to be happy about this.

DJ- Yo Alex catch! (throws the bo back to Alex and he catches)

(Alex rolls his eyes and says "not again damn it, How can he keep breaking METAL like that?")

Inuyasha- Looks like you have anymore weapons to fight with. You wanna give up?

DJ- I never give up.

DJ- If you're so strong Inuyasha why haven't you hit me yet? Is it because you're too slow?

(Inuyasha dashes at DJ)

Inuyasha- We'll see who is slow!
(DJ dodges to the side and back flips into a tree)

Inuyasha- All that talk and you're running?

DJ- I'm not running I'm fighting long distance.

(DJ pulls out 6 shurikin, 3 in each hand)

Alex- Inuyasha is in for it now.

(DJ throws all 6 shurikin and Inuyasha dodges 5 and one hits Inuyasha’s hand and knocks tetsaiga out of his hands and Inuyasha jumps back)

DJ- Perfect!

(DJ runs and picks up tetsaiga)

Inuyasha- What the hell a normal human cant use the transformed tetsaiga.

DJ- Who said I was a FULL human Inuyasha?

DJ- Not only that but..... (DJ strikes the kaze no kizu)

Inuyasha- Holy….!

(Inuyasha barely dodges kaze no kizu)

DJ- Well do you give up Inuyasha?

Inuyasha- Why you.....

Alex- Ok guys that enough.

Inuyasha- Shut up Alex you don't even have enough courage to face me in a fight unlike DJ.

Alex- Oh really?

Inuyasha- DJ isn't a worthless human like you are!

Alex- DJ throw me tessaiga.

DJ- Oh chit he done done it now.

(DJ throws tetsaiga to Alex)

(Alex catches tetsaiga and does kaze no kizu toward Inuyasha all in one fluid motion)

(Inuyasha dodges barely and his kimono's sleeve is cut by kaze no kizu)

Alex- Who is a worthless human?

Kagome- Ok that’s enough.

Inuyasha- Stay back Kagome I may have to kill him

Kagome- Inuyasha, sit boy! (Inuyasha hit’s the ground)

Alex- Sorry Kagome.

Kagome- Its alright Inuyasha gets carried away sometimes.

Alex- Yeah I think we all got a little carried away.

DJ- Yeah we did.

(Inuyasha gets up and dusts off himself)

Inuyasha- Alex.

Alex- Huh?

Inuyasha- Where you really aiming for me?

Alex- No but I had to make it convincing to where it didn't look like I had bad aim.

Inuyasha- Well then you and DJ can join us if you can keep up.

Alex- Thanks Inuyasha.

Miroku- Well now that that is over why don’t we all go back to the hut to finish dinner.

Everyone- Sounds good (or yeah)

(everyone walks down the stairs to Kaede’s hut)

~back in Kaede's hut~

Sango- So you 2 are half demons?

Alex- No we are 1/4 demon.

Sango- But you don't seem to have any physical demon features.

DJ- No but we have 2 demon traits; we heal faster than a normal human but not as fast as Inuyasha.

and we have increased strength

Miroku- That explains why you can use tetsaiga

Shippo- You 2 seemed to use tetsaiga better than Inuyasha

(Inuyasha tries to hit Shippo on the head but Alex stops him)

Alex- There is a good reason why DJ uses tetsaiga just as good or better than Inuyasha. It is because DJ has trained with almost every weapon there is for 10 years

Inuyasha- Every weapon?

Alex- Well except for a weapon as big as Sango’s hiraikotsu.

Shippo- What about you Alex?

DJ- He is obsessed that’s why.

(Alex shoots DJ a evil look)

DJ- What?

Alex- Watch it Socom. ((if you didn’t catch that DJ is addicted to playing Socom and Socom 2 online he has logged more then 80 hours almost)
Alex- I've seen all of you guys fight and memorized every ones moves that’s why.

Kagome- So where do you live in the other universe?

DJ- Well its the same as the America in your world.

Kagome- Which state do you live in?

Alex- We live in the great state of Louisiana. Heard of it?

Alex to himself- Nope they haven't.

Miroku- I've read about that state in one of Kagome’s books they are known for their spicy food.

Alex- My mom can't cook so don't even ask me to bring any, my mom would set the kitchen on fire if she tried, she burns popcorn in the microwave!

Inuyasha- What is a mic-ro-wave?

Alex- Its a stove that uses electricity instead of fire to cook the food.

DJ- Anyways before Alex confuses Inuyasha anymore we probably need to go back for a little while, we will be back later.

Alex- Yeah I need another weapon sense somebody ruined mine (frowns at DJ and laughs)
DJ- I cant help if your craftsman ship is questionable.

Alex- Hah, at least I CAN craft weapons.

(DJ and Alex stand up)

Alex- We'll see you guys later.

(Alex and DJ leave and return home)

~back in Alex and DJ's universe~

DJ- Well I'm going home I've had enough excitement for one day see you tomorrow.

Alex- Ok see ya

(DJ gets in his car and drives home)
