It had been a long three days, taking tests and doing make-up homework. It was now night, and she had emerged from the Bone-eaters well just a few minutes ago, hoping that Inuyasha would be there waiting for her as usual. He wasn't, so Kagome assumed that they were all at Kaede's hut, waiting for her there. She opened the hut doors, expecting to see them all there, sitting around the fire. She only saw Shippou, Kirara, and Kaede though. "Kaede-baba, where are Inuyasha, Miroku, and Sango?" she gasped, catching her breath. Shippou answered before the old miko. "Inuyasha and Miroku went off into the forest to patrol cause Miroku said he sensed a demon nearby. An hour later they hadn't come back, so Sango went looking for them," the young kitsune explained //Why would those two take so long to patrol? Are they in danger?// "I'll go looking for them." Kagome didn't give them a chance to comment as she rushed back into the dark forest. She figured that she would be able to find them easily, since Miroku and Sango both had Shikon shards. She figured Inuyasha would be with at least one of them //He wouldn't leave either of them alone at night.........// She stopped. There was a jewel shard nearby in a patch of bushes. Kagome took out her bow, ready if a demon should attack. As she got closer to where the shard was, she heard the sound of someone breathing. Panting, rather, as if exausted. The closer she got to the bushes, the clearer the sounds got. Soon, she heard moaning and then a familiar voice. "Oh, god......." It was Inuyasha, she was sure of it. Kagome moved closer to the source of the voice, until she saw the hanyou himself. He was half hidden in shadow, but Kagome could see clearly that he was lying on the forest floor, naked, with someone on top of him. The person was completely hidden, though, only the movement that the person was making could be seen. The two were melted together at the hips, and it was then that Kagome knew what they were doing. //They're....having........sex.// There was no denying it. By the way they were moving and the sound Inuyasha was making, it was unmistakeable. At first, Kagome wanted to "sit" him ten feet into the ground, but curiosity stopped her. Suddenly, Kagome blushed, finding herself staring. She simply couldn't help herself. The person on top of Inuyasha suddenly arched their back, revealing what seemed to be black hair in the light. Kagome's mind supplied the name of the only person she could think of. //Sango? Why would..........// "Kagome!" a female voice called out from behind her, "Have you seen Inuyasha or Miroku?" The young taijiya was behind her, in full battle gear. Kagome's heart stopped for a second as she eliminated the possiblity of Sango being the person with Inuyasha and thought of another possiblity. //Kikyou...He's......with........Kikyou. No wait ,it can't be. Kikyou would never............No. No it can't be// That was the last thing she thought as she fainted, the idea to much for her mind to handle.
