Dice is how we simbilize things.
When we want to know how strong your character is we depend on dice to tell us.
Dice most of the time are based on a pass fail basis, meaning if you need to
pick up a rock or something, then you role strength. There will be a set number
which you have to get in order to pick it up, if you succed
you pick the rock up, if you fail you don’t. Its as
easy as that. If you fail, it doesn’t mean your character is incapable of
picking up that rock. It just means for that period of time you were not able
to, you character could just still be warming up; the fact is there are some
many different conditions that can change your characters ability, that’s why
we depend on the randomness of dice.
Dice a
pretty much the easiest thing in a Rpg.
There are six kinds of dice: D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20.
The D represent dice, and the number represents how
many sides it has. Basically how many different numbers you can get on it. For
example if you have a D8, then you can get a: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 on it. Now in WWrpg, we combine dince, for example we have numbers such as D16, but since
we have no D16 we just take a D12 and a D4 and add them to gather, so if you
have some thing that is D16 that you need to role, then you would role a D4 +D16.
Now there are no odd dice, meaning there are no D15, only evens.
Now
when rolling dice, it’s as simple as picking up your dice that you need to
role, then shack them, then drope them. Basically
just make the dice move.
Your for certain stats will change through out the game, so don’t
get to usto them.
