You should exchange links because it helps to get more people on your site and also help you manage a better rank on search engines. You can learn about the importance of 'link popularity'. Just search the term on any search engine. Now you can add your URL.

Still not convinced? You may be thinking "Why you? I can do that with anyone else!"

• The answer is that just because you can trade link with someone doesn't mean that you should. There are sites links from which may affect your search ranking negatively. However I guarantee that this site is not one of them. It doesn't contain anything illegal. A link from this site will help the cause of your site.
• Moreover I am honest with my listing. I won't remove your link arbitrarily(I will do that only if your site cease to exist or you change your content to something I am not comfortable with).
