Websites we like

Problem: An increasing number of websites are using this system whereby all pages on the website have the same URL (address) and pages are dished up from a database: which means that I have to link to the home page and then tell people the name of the relevant page. What I have decided to do is put the name of the article in bold and say "on" (whatever the website is called)

The Truth Seeker

Iraq, Al Qaeda

This section (below) has not been updated for a long time and is well out of date. Until that happens, some of the links are still relevant. As regards Star Wars, Revenge of the Sith has come and gone, and the connections between what happens in the film and the current world situation were extremely obvious this time - many websites talk about - here are two:
Revenge of the neoclones
Is Bush a Sith Lord

Blood Money and Secret Blueprint are articles about the real reasons for the war

Star Wars

(the film, I mean)

I don't suppose anyone except us unrepentant 'out and proud' Star Wars fans will have noticed the uncanny resemblance between the current world situation and the last Star Wars film, "Attack of the Clones". In "Attack of the Clones", Chancellor Palpatine, (George Bush?), who was secretly a Sith Lord (a baddy) used a rebellion led by Count Dooku ,(Osama bin Laden?), another secret Sith Lord as an excuse to justify his overthrow of the Galactic Republic and it becoming an empire with him as emperor. Look, I ain't got any proof this is so - OK? But there are connections between George Bush's family and the Bin Laden family, as exposed by journalist, Greg Palast. Hey - I see from an Internet search that I'm not the only Jedi synpathiser to make the connection e.g. this review - check out the cartoon, which says it all, and this one, with a similar theme, although not so explicit.

Secret History/Alternative History

Midnight in the Congo The assassinations of Congolese Prime Minister Patrice Lumumba and UN Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold by Western Agents during the civil war of the 1960s
The poison designed to produce an African disease This is a review of the book In the footsteps of Mr Kurtz by Michella Wrong which describes how the Western Powers encouraged the Joseph Mobutu to overthrow Lumumba
A licence to kill? Recent article about Daphne Park, who was SIS head of station in the Congo at the time of the events above.
Radio interview with Daphne Park, where she claims that Lumumba was torturing people in the basement of his HQ and that she had to smuggle out "Lumumba's secretary" who was disturbed by this. Given that I have never heard of any such allegations anywhere else, and that what she doesn't tell us is that Lumumba's secretary is actually Joseph Mobutu, the most brutal mass-murderer and tyrant in African history, I think she just made it up.
How we destroyed Sukarno on Solidarity with Asia/Pacific how Britain and the US helped to overthrow Sukarno in Indonesia
The Forgotten Holocaust About British culpability in the 1943 famine in Bengal, in which 4 million people died, and which has been written out of history - by Gideon Polya There seems to be a campaign of censorship against this article by Dr Polya's employers - LaTrobe University in Australia - they have deleted it, so I have put it on my site for now.
