Shanghai Children's Palace
              and Circus
Visiting a Children's Palace is part of every tour.  They conduct after school programs that include traditional Chinese instruments, plus typing and other useful skills.
She played really well, but what do I know?  You can listen to the video and decide for yourself.
Same for this boy on a much larger instrument.
He sounded great to me.  Other students learn how to play the accordion, which I doubt is Chinese.
The circus is another Shanghai tradition.  She is performing a young girl's contortionist act.
Real lions will not balance upon a giant ball. But it still takes great skill for the people in these lion costumes.
