Inquiries And Respond In Arabic Language:
With this service, you may announce that your organization will
accept
inquiries and respond to them in Arabic language. This is especially
very helpful to new Arab patients (first time contact). More Arab patients
and Arab family members are likely to send inquiries which lead to patient
consultation and referrals.

Translation Service (English to Arabic language) for your
services, products, special documents for one fee: $25/Arabic web page

to place the Arabic material on your web site.
How service is conducted:

Arab patient inquiries (Arabic language) received at your
office are sent to DMS by your choice of either of the following methods:

Send and receive Arabic translation for inquiries/responses by FAX
to:

Send and receive Arabic translation for inquiries/responses by E-Mail:
Inquiries are scanned by your staff. The scanned inquiry (JPEG) is
sent to DMS by E-Mail as an attachment. DMS will scan your response (translated
into Arabic language) and send it back to your office as an attachment.

DMS will translate the patient's Arabic inquiry into English language
and
send it (FAX or E-Mail) back to your office so that to
prepare a response (English language) to the patient's inquiry.

Your response (English language) to the patient's Arabic inquiry
is sent (FAX or E-Mail) to DMS for translation into Arabic language.

DMS will translate your response into Arabic language and send it
back
to your office according to your choice (FAX or E-Mail).

Your staff will print your translated Arabic language response on your
stationary and send it back to the Arab patient.
Important Notes:
-
If your office has a scanner it is best to send/receive documents by E-Mail
which has the following advantages:
-
Quality of scanned documents is usually better than FAX
-
No delays due to busy FAX machines.

If your staff prefer to use FAX, feel free to do so. However, if
the ink in the original document is not dark enough, you may photocopy
the document and then send it by FAX.

The following are samples for "Arabic Language
Support Service". You will notice that the samples contain both
languages, English and Arabic. This is optional. Typically, we will add
English language for a name or a special medical condition
which will help the Arab patient in future contacts. You may request a
two language combination or all Arabic translation (no additional charges):

Before accepting orders, payment must be received
at our office and an account number is assigned to the customer. Any material
received without an account number will not be processed.

Payment is made in advance and is placed in an
account which will deduct fees for ordered services. Orders are not processed
for depleted accounts (no balance).

Notes:

When payment for the first order is received, DMS
will prepare an announcement (Arabic language, free of charge) to help
you in informing Arab patients that your organization will accept/respond
in Arabic language. This announcement may be placed at the organization's
web site and in its printed literature.

Inquiry Page:
Typically, inquiries include detailed description
of the medical situation (history) plus one or more questions. Accordingly,
our fees are based on amount of information translated.

Response Page:
The inquiry may warrant a lengthy response
(more than one page). Fees are deducted from the account on that basis.
Clearly, the amount of material per patient (inquiry/response)
may not always be one page.
When this happens, we will advise you to maintain
the minimum order of pages (inquiries and responses) so that to avoid delays
in processing future inquiries/responses.
It is advisable to establish an account to
match the expected number and size of inquiries/responses.
