a castle deep in the remote vastness of Red China comes the most
mysterious, the most feared oriental of all time! Some claim he has lived
for many centuries, Others claim he is far more than human! But no one
knows the true powers of the evil genius of the East, the dreaded Manderin!
Manderin through many decades has been tony starks worst enemy, he has
battled him time and time again, but whom is this anceint oriental styled
villian truthfully?
Born in the line of ghengis Khan, his parents died when he was a child,
leaving him to his evil and manipulative aunt. His aunt sent him to the
greatest of learning facilities, leaving them in the grasps of poverty
when he was done. Leaving him as a king with no kingdom or throne.
As he grew, he eventually stumbled on an alien starship that was once
piloted by feared dragons and energized by 10 rings. Grasping the rings
powers as his own, he eventually became one of the most feared villians of
all marvel history. Having the knowledge of many great years of schooling
and 10 very powerful artifacts.
He eventually lost the rings, and his hands. Growing draconic hands, he
hunted down the rings, gaining his power once again, and then losing it
again, then dissapearing for many years.
Now we come to the present.
Mandarin had a son that was suposed to have been granted Mandarin's powers
after his death (I don't remember what issue that was with it in there,
I'd have to find it though.). What I want to do is this. Mandarin, passing
away because of age and wear and tear, told his son to carry on with his
goals and dreams. So he told his son the location of the ship right before
passing away. The boy then took on his fathers title as the mandarin. He
went to the ship with his fathers newly dead body to offer it as a
sacrifice to the dragons for their power. They gifted him with the
draconic hands of his father, and the Flame Blast Ring. Propelling him
into the future about 50 years, and in dream telling him to seek the other
9 rings and then the power of the dragons would be his. You might ask why
the future, because of this.
He was sent to a time in which they would be revealed once again

His eyes are like a torent, and his mind is like the thunder.
Powers:the Flame Blast Ring(it creates a varied affect from an infrared
beam to a series of flames)

The wind sweeps gently over the plain, Manderins katana drawen infront of
him, in a stance of practice and endurance, he prepares for the battle
coming up.
A beautiful blue butterfly, a rarety and a reward for the patient soul in
this horid world, lands on the tip of the blade.
"Small insect, it is sad that you have chosen to land there, for some of
us just move to the wrong place at the right time."
all of a sudden, the ring that Manderin is wearing on his index finger
gives a red glow, as a flame follows down the blade, scorching the
butterfly.
"It is time to war, and time to conquer."
