Ive heard the best kept secret
is the one hidden deep, and never told,
While doing all that you must to keep it,
at least til the secret's mystery is exposed.

Tho' my lips seem eager in speaking,
a secret's keeping has never been spared.
Through my lips the secret is seeping,
because the pressure is too much to bear!

Your beauty is an unhidden treasure,
theres no secret to the class you possess.
Though glory has no depth of measure,
its somehow contained in your style of dress.

With perfect clarity you echo the angels,
any words you speak are a hallowed song.
Im holding on for dear life as I dangle
to the edge where the deep end goes on.

And when I see your gleaming eyes
theres no surprise to the thoughts you inspire,
Ill walk the clouds leaving footprints in the skies
when next you smile at your secret admirer.

Thank you for taking the time to read my poetry.  Each Jewel has a special meaning to me, and have grown on a great many fans.  For you, a favorite quote: "In all thy getting, get an understanding."
