If this world were mine
I'd give it your name
For then you'd be mine
You'd be the land I claim
My sun would always shine
In my world your warmth remains
The birds would sing their rhyme
Melodic tunes of love and praise
The oceans flow free and blind
Kissing the shore, which stays the same
Your reflection on oceans of tides
And your voice in the winds of change
If this world were mine...

My world would always conquer
There would never be an end
Our love would be the power
And your kiss would be my strength
Fortified by the flower
Whose pedals neither crush or bend
From whose midst I'd build a tower
Where floral homage raves scented winds
Where holy love is ours
A world never dark again
No taste is bitter or sour
Our love would know no sin
If this world were mine...

I'd journey through every valley
And climb every mountain peak
Tour the shadows of every alley
Where your deepest secrets speak
With words of amorous dally
At a time where strong is weak
A world of joy is tallied
As volcanic rifts deplete
Engaged in cosmic rally
The hills release a shriek
Tis but a shadow of the grand finale
As slumber induces her sleep
Let this world be mine...

Thank you for taking the time to read my poetry.  Each Jewel has a special meaning to me, and have grown on a great many fans.  For you, a favorite quote: "In all thy getting, get an understanding."
