Blessed with my pricess Elisabet,
and ebony feathers of my royal Raven,
my prayer for an heir remains unmet,
by the Queen of our royal haven.

Thru the years I've prayed aloud,
supplications made from atop Mt. Zion.
For the joy on heaven's highest cloud,
a lion cub for a royal lion.

I see him running wild in my dreams,
playing catch in the park till after dark.
We'll fish in the widest streams,
bound together from the very start.

Roaring like lions at the zoo,
reliving my youth thru my little boy.
Teaching him to swim at the pool,
there's so much we'd enjoy!

Riding bikes over the horizon,
into the sunset, just father and son.
Anticipating the new day's rising,
just to have a little more fun!

Crown Jewels of Poetic Laughter
Climbing trees and playing heroes,
mending his knees, if he should fall.
I would be there wherever he goes,
and there, should ever he call.

Whose pleas were heard by my woman,
granting me the chance of a life time.
Blessing me with our son Roman,
August 3rd, 2009.

Thank you for taking the time to read my poetry.  Each Jewel has a special meaning to me, and have grown on a great many fans.  For you, a favorite quote: "In all thy getting, get an understanding."
