Rainer Maria plays music that lends itself to adjectives- beautiful, elegant, driving, heartfelt, honest. Their music pushes forward more by their voices and energy then any infatuation with musical structure or instrumental trickery. As such, Rainer Maria works best live and really makes their shows worthwhile in ways many of their contemporaries fail. Despite the apparent seriousness, they are also nice people who don't mind joking around during their set.
