Get Random: I think this is my new favorite site.  It will search out either a random "geek" news site, a random news site, a random comic strip or a random site that has some sort of random generator.  The last is especially cool and can keep me online for long periods of time.
Andre Gardner: I'm not sure why he needs his own domain name, but he has a great list of links.
Exploding Dog: People send in captions and he draws a picture to match, like this one.
Time Wasting Page: Is it really a waste if you're having this much fun?  Great links to strange sites.

The Public 8 Ball: Lots of sites offer CGI-driven "artificial" 8 balls, but some on the internet feel that just ain't right.  This site actually has a robot shake a real 8 ball and then display it before a webcam for the full effect.
