How to make your own Jetan Set

---------------CHEAP-------------------

Materials:

2 checker sets (plastic pieces and cardboard playing boards)
1 large piece of corrugated cardboard
1 jar of rubber glue
1 red marker
1 black marker
1 exacto knife
1 roll of wide clear tape (packing tape)
2 pieces of plain white typing paper
1 pair of scissors

Using the exacto knife, cut the two boards according to the diagrams 1 and 2
in set.bmp.

Assemble the pieces, according to diagram 3.

Take the large piece of corrugated cardboard. It should be as large as the finished
assembly of boards. Coat one surface with glue and neatly place the board pieces upon
this. Be sure that the board is face-up. :-)

Use the wide clear tape and neatly cover the surface of the board, folding a good portion
of the tape under the edges. This should give you a smooth playing surface.

Using the scissors, cut forty circles from the typing paper. Each circle
should fit neatly into a recessed surface of a checker.

Using the red and black marker, draw the symbols on the circles of paper.

Or cut, paste and enlarge the supplied symbols into a .bmp file for printout and use them.

Neatly seal with tape each finished circle and glue onto the correct color checker.

Now you have a set to play with.

Enjoy,
