Remember wheelbarrow races, where you would walk on your hands while a partner behind you held up your legs and walked between them? A rather acrobatic position, the adult version of The Wheelbarrow requires two strong partners. The receptive partner uses upper body strength to stay in a kind of straight-armed pushup position.
The insertive partner holds the receptive partners legs by the upper thighs near the hips; the receptive partners legs wrap around the insertive partners waist. This can be done either with the insertive partner standing (more difficult!) or kneeling - this decision is largely dependent upon the size of the receptive partner.
What added stimulus this provides is unclear, but its certainly a fun challenge - dont forget that the most of the fun and hilarity of wheelbarrow races was falling down. |
