You guys were awesome & really impressed Kandi & Sinclair. I had no idea that they published a column in one of Atlanta's largest lifestyle related magazines until they were about to leave. Below is the article published about their visit to an IP party. Interracial Peaches is definitely on the map now, and I want to especially say thanks to Kandi & Sinclair for putting IP on display for all of Atlanta to see. And to David and Beth at Sinsations for having us & for being such great friends as well. Words can not express our heart felt graditude. The words "Thank You" just don't seem to do the trick. | Local Swing Scene Last month Kandi and I were Invited to an Interracial Peaches Party! Interracial Peaches Is a group of people here in the Atlanta area dedicated to Interracial Swinging. Please note that you do not have to be an interracial couple to attend. Black couples, white couples and of course interracial couples all attend Interracial Peaches Parties. Since Kandi and I swing with both black males and black females we felt perfectly comfortable attending an Interracial Peaches Party. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by the other guests seated in a large suit area with two large hotel rooms off-to each side of the suite. We met NiteStix and Ms. J, the very nice couple who formed Interracial Peaches, and they introduced us to many of the guests. There was a wide variety of people at the party, ranging from single white and black females, to black couples, white couples, interracial couples and a few single black and white males. Everyone we met was very polite and respectful. After all of the guests had arrived because this is a �by Invitation only group� It was time to go to the club. "Sinsations" !!! |
| "Sinsations," part of the AUS (Atlanta United Socials) organization, is a great club located in a local hotel. Though it cost nothing to join Interracial Peaches there is a small cover charge to enter Sinsations. When you join Sinsations through Interracial Peaches you automatically get a membership to AUS because Interracial Peaches has worked out an arrangement with them. Sinsations began to immediately fill up with Interracial Peaches party goers. There was drinking (BYOB), dancing, socializing, munches and an overall fun atmosphere at the club. Then we noticed that the crowd began to thin out a little. That is because right around the corner from Sinsations is a wonderful party room designed for more intimate socializing. The hotel apparently has cleared out about 4 hotel rooms to create a huge social area designed for swinging. This room is dimly lit, has several beds, a giant cross, a sybian and many other features for people who are ready to swing. Kandi and I checked out the room but we actually spent most of our time socializing in Sinsations. Later in the evening, when Sinsatlons was closing, we went back to the suite where more Interracial Peaches were socializing and swinging. We met some nice people and Jumped In the fun as well. If you like interracial swinging I do urge you to check out Interracial Peaches. Though we were only able to party and play on Friday night, Interracial Peaches is pretty much a weekend event. On Saturday afternoon they have a cook out by the pool before getting ready for another fun filled night at Sinsations. Because it is such an Intimate party, the only way you can currently join Interracial Peaches is through their Yahoo group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/InterracialPeaches .
