Nauru a small island in Oceania will be the site of where the castaways will have to outwit, outplay, and outlast each other. Nauru has a tropical climate with an average daily temperature of 24-34 Celsius, with an average humidity of 80%. Polynesian and Melanesian explorers first occupied Nauru. Nauru had little contact with Europeans until traders began to visit there in the 1830s. When firearms and alcohol was introduced to the islanders, their peaceful co-existence was destroyed when a war broke out lasting 10 years, reducing the population of the island by 500. Germany later took control of the island, but their naval gunfire and allied bombings damaged the island internally and externally.

The castaways will be split into three competing tribes. They are Debao (Dee-ba-oo) meaning lighting in Nauruan which will always wear Silver, Maraman (Mar-a-mon) meaning moon in Nauruan which will always wear Navy, and Ekwan (Ee-ck-wan) meaning Sun in Nauruan which will always wear Dark Orange. These three teams will adapt to the live style and culture the Nauru islands once had. The elements, and the people will be against them. In the end one will be left standing.
