Gameplay:
Via a draw for numbers, 6 players are selected to participate playing Powerball Instant Millionaire in 3 games that lead to the bonus game.  Game 1 is Crazy Eights.  Three players play and try to pick from 1 of 18 cards to help increase a money line that starts at $4444.  Each 4 represents a suit of cards.  Pick a good card and you get $100 and raise the suit.  Ideally, you want to pick an 8 to lock the suit up.  Bad cards are strikes.  Three strikes and you lose the game.  When two players strike out or one player brings the money line to $8888, the game ends, and the winner wins the money and advances to the semifinal round.  Game 2 is a game of High Rollers.  Twenty chips are put on the table.  The chips represent dice rolls of 2-12.  However, 10 chips conceal a roll of 7 which is a bad roll and a strike in this game.  The moneyline starts at $1000 and for every good roll $1000 plus the roll of the dice is added to the line.  When two players strike out or one player brings the final two numbers in the money line to 40 or higher, the game ends and the winner wins the money and a berth in the semifinals.  At this point, the 4 players who lost in Crazy Eights and High Rollers are entered in another drawing to get a second chance at the million.  The person who wins the drawing gets the third seat in the semifinal game, One for the Money.  A table with cards numbered 1-13 is revealed.  Behind 5 of those numbers are powerballs that equate to the 0s in amount of $1000.00.  When two players strike out or one player gets the 5th Powerball, the game ends and the winner advances to try to turn that $1,000 into $1,000,000.

In the bonus game, the letters P O W E R B A L L are shown.  Concealed behind those letters is either a dollar sign or an X.  There are seven dollar signs and 2 Xs.  The player calls out a letter.  If a dollar sign is revealed, they double their money.  If they can uncover all 7 dollar signs without hitting an X, they win $1,000,000.  Hitting an X ends a chance at $1,000,000, however the player can play on and look to keep doubling their money by finding more dollar signs.  If the player finds the second X, they lose half of the money they've accumulated in the Instant Millionaire round.  One other catch, is a player on their first two picks reveal both Xs, they automatically win $100,000.
