| Host: Carl Chenier Announcer: Jim Williams Gametime: Wednesday nights Gameplay: ICG's Revival of the 2001 FOX television show, Greed starts with 6 people answering a qualifying question. 5 move on and make up the team for the game of Greed. The players face the "Tower of Greed" and answer multiple choice questions (starting with the player in position 1 and going to position 4). The captain (closest one in qualifier question) may accept or reject an answer at anytime and commands the team up tower. The Tower of Greed has been upped as follows... $50,000 $100,000 $150,000 $200,000 $500,000 $1,000,000 $2,500,000 $5,000,000 Should the team reach the $200,000 mark and go on for the $500,000 question, the team will be granted a freebie that removes an incorrect answer. Also for every question after the $200,000 they go for (assuming they get them right of course) the "Terminator" will be activated. Randomly a player will be chosen to challenge a teammate for his or her share of the pot. The person who challenges is given $25,000 win or lose. Questions from $500,000 on are tougher and require 4 correct answers from a list of 6, 7, 8, or 9 answers. Interesting notes in YIM Greed: YIM Greed recently brought the Million Dollar Moment to the net game world. In it, two former players come back to compete in a Terminator to determine who will get a chance at a question worth $1,000,000. |
