Most embarrassing moment: I can only pick one?? This could be hard, you see, I embarrass myself constantly!! ha ha!

You want to hear about one of my especially graceful moments? Okay, well, I remember one time this past year! I was trying to hurry to my friend's class after school, I had lots on my mind and so I wasn't paying much attention. As I was walking one of my friends stuck his foot out to trip me and of course I fell flat on my face!! My favorite pair of jeans got two new holes in the knees, and my hands started bleeding, to this day I still have the scar!!!!

Well I wanted to tell you guys about another embarrassing moment! I remember one time when I was in like 1st grade. I was playing tag with a bunch of kids in my class. Including someone I liked. Anyways, I was it. And I went to tag him, and I guess I did so a little too hard, cuz I ended up pushing him down and making him cry!! I felt so bad, and SO EMBARRASSED!!

A little more about me!

My testimony:

I wish there was more to tell about me and my story. There isn’t that much though! In my family I was raised to believe in God, it’s really as simple as that. Of course I can’t get to Heaven by just believing in God. I know that I had to accept Jesus and that he died for me and my sins so that I could get to Heaven. The year I actually accepted Jesus, and asked him into my heart so he could save me was in 1997, just 5 years ago. It was at a Baptist church actually. I went to that church for about 2 years. Then they started smashing tapes and stuff with hammers, so we stopped going!

Around that time I started reading the Left Behind books by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins. Those books were really great! They came along the same time that my dad got in a car accident (caused by a drunk driver!). He sprang his ankle and had to get a LOT of leave time from his work. The accident gave him plenty of time to read! Then slowly, yet surely, my whole family started reading those books, and sort of getting re-connected with God.

Those books were actually what inspired me to start writing my first Christian newsletter called ‘The Truth’ which about half of you guys used to read. Through that newsletter I came to know God more and more each and every week. You see, I was learning along with everyone else--- as I wrote.

After that, I got to meet Danielle, and as you guys know we started working on Internet Christians together. Now I am continuing to learn as I write, becoming more knowledgeable about God with each week. So thank you all for getting and then reading this newsletter. You’re helping me come closer to God, because if you guys didn’t read Internet Christians, then I wouldn’t bother to help write it! So thanks! I love ya guys! And God Bless You all!!!!!

Love,

Kelly
